You guys ever hear of P lines or spiders? Pull P lines across the highway, they are lightweight ribbon type ropes, pull the rope puller line in with the P lines under tension. A bucket on each deadend and one in the middle. A Walker trailing the wire with a radio to ensure nothing gets hung up in the rollers or what you call dollies.
