Eligibility
The applicant should be at least 18 years old. The applicant should have a Domicile Certificate, proving that s/he has stayed for 15 continuous years in Maharashtra.

So only ITR will be enough or I shall need to submit Income Certificate also..
And do we have to upload our Birth Certificate in any of the application steps. Bcz i have the old birth cert. which is not in a standart format.. plz guide

ITR is fine. Also you can submit a self declaration or a letter written by Tehsildar only if you come under EWS. Base salary till 50K per month.
For DOB, you are uploading PAN, that will suffice.

Mam , maze as per ITR 2021-22 total income is Rs.9,14,680.... can I apply LIG Scheme?
Check for the component Base Pay in your salary slip. It is considered while checking income group. It must be less than 75K per month I guess. And you can definitely apppy for LIG flats

How to apply for First come first serve ?
You can see property listings on website under FCFS section. There you can register and apply for the property. Also you can visit Mhada office.
If there will be a selection in FCFS and we will not take the flat, will the amount paid earlier be refunded?

FCFS flats are directly available like we purchase other properties.
In lottery system, you get the flats via lottery only and flats listed under lottery are comparatively cheaper..☺
