Guys VJ flats are really of low quality. Their washbasin and toilet flush are of bad condition and only works for a month. After that it starts breaking and muddy water comes out. Ventilation around the house is also bad, it has no air circulation. So please be careful while buying especially the one with commercial property with flats. You can visit and see their projects in wakad especially the one with Croma.
