I had a 99 Toyota Camry v6 with random/slight/ phantom misfire at highway speeds. Replaced coils, spark plugs, idle air control valve, throttle position sensor, mass air flow sensor, all O2 sensors, checked all fuse. Fixed misfire when I replaced engine coolant temp sensor ( the single prong one which communicates with p.c.m. ALSO fixed flashing/dimming/strobing head lights by installing 280 amp alternator. Can use a 130 amp from 2003 Toyota Highlander will also correct flickering headlights... Lol, 1mzfe drove me crazy from repairs especially the y pipe muffler system when flex pipe rusts out. Happy to say I sold my headache Camry.. That car has way too many catiylic converters and O2 sensors for my liking.
I have looked at this vid numerous times... Thanks for all the details... Did you ever check the voltage on the harness going to the fuel pump.. Pin 4 to ground should(?) give you 12 volts with the key on engine off. I have the two volume repair manual but can not find it in there. MY 1MZFE is a MCV10 series -1995 year Electrical Wiring Diagram is EWD211U
With mine no power to fuel pump with just key on.. Only power when cranked or engine running.. And stalling is back after 127 miles with no stall.. Max voltage to pump has been 11.84 volts and engine stalls while pump has power.. Then immediately after stall with power straight to fuel pump from battery pump runs fine with strong flow and does not cut off till I cut power.. I'll figure it out eventually but it needs someone with strong diagnostic tools/skills neither of which is me..
I was excited to finally find a video that showed the same symptoms as my 94 ES300 and then was let down by the comments that I didn't read until the next day. I've seen alot shared about these capacitors inside the ECU. Any updates since?

Did it come back?
Yes.. Stalled repeatedly for one day then back to running fine.. Replacing crank and cam sensors next.. Had a mechanic tell me he has seen bad sensors cause stalling and also cause no communication with computer.. Computer circuit board looks fine, no fried/leaking capacitors etc but if stalling returns I'll look at having computer rebuilt.. Also checking computer ground for corrosion..
What !! No link to the anti corrosive spray ? 👀 I had mine opened up this morning checking to solve the P1600 No Batt code.. I have the 12v to the ECM but mine stalls too., I have to wait about 10-15 minutes and it will restart and I can go home... ??? I will look into the fuel pump connector and the relays 🤞 Thanks for the video

What multi meter do you recommend

Did the stalling ever come back?
Yes.. Once.. About a week ago.. It immediately restarted and I drove it home.. Since then every day I've started it and let it idle for 30min.. No issues..
Update.. Stalling is back for real.. Trying to figure it out..
