only time I've used this in the field. A friend of mine spent a few hours trying to lishi one and he finally gave up and called me. I had it picked in about 2 minutes. its so similar to the hon66. grab some honda locks and practice with that one. subaru locks are hard to come by

It’s the Lishi sold at a lot of distributors or Ali express. Even amazon has it I think.

Which cars use dat17 and which use nsn14?
Look up the silca key blank for the car You’re working that will tell which Lishi to use

Can this lock be decoded without picking (like the TOY40)?
Don’t think so. But I’ve never tried it.
@@BoredLockpicker I don't think so either. Just got my butt kicked by a 2014 Legacy. Finally had success after a solid 2 hours of picking. Oof 😅

All I do is struggle with Subaru high security and I know it’s me I’m doing something wrong
Practice with hon66 locks too. Very similar. Helps you develop the feel
