It's not supposed to make you tired. It's meant for making one relaxed and calm, which in turn helps one fall asleep. However if you get tingles, then you might feel instantly drowzy.

I have been watching ASMR for about a year now, and I must say that this video sounds much better than most of the 3DioEar Microphone Videos. I love that you cannot see what you are scratching so that we can use our imaginations as to what it is. Also, please please please do some tapping on leather and on glass!! I don't normally watch ASMR from men, but this was a recommended video for me, so I gave it a shot. Glad I did. I enjoy listening to accents. One of my favorite ASMR channels, she speaks in Russian or with a Russian accent a lot maybe that's why UA-cam recommended this for me. I didn't sleep during your video though, I watched while I was at my desk at work. Helps me focus and be concentrate, and I needed that today while I was designing a really technical architectural catalog. Boring material lol. I have been watching ASMR for about a year now, and I must say that this video sounds much better than most of the 3DioEar Microphone Videos. I love that you cannot see what you are scratching so that we can use our imaginations as to what it is. Also, please please please do some tapping on leather and on glass!! Those are my favorites!!!!! Thank You for being the only Male ASMR video maker I watch so far.

I don't normally watch ASMR from men, but this was a recommended video for me, so I gave it a shot. Glad I did. I enjoy listening to accents. One of my favorite ASMR channels, she speaks in Russian or with a Russian accent a lot maybe that's why UA-cam recommended this for me. I didn't sleep during your video though, I watched while I was at my desk at work. Helps me focus and be concentrate, and I needed that today while I was designing a really technical architectural catalog. Boring material lol. So thanks and keep up the good work! 👍 also, the little paper "I see you" guy made me chuckle. 😁
