I bought it
I came here to see if it's possible to fully lock it into place when folded. Nothing is provided. That could be problematic for some people..especially if they have kids; or experimental teens. Personally, if you remove yourself from the gene poor because of stupidity...well, good-bye weakest link. Ha. Anyway, my "locking place" has a chip on it. On the bottom part. That bugs me since I paid more than 2 hundred for it. Any chipping should be from me. I wondered about the "Red Switch" since my has a black one, and it's different. I need a tool the first time to get the lock to loosen. After that, I can do it with my hand with a hard pull. So far I like it. But I don't want to download a program to my phone to use it.

Its by the front wheel of the scooter port side, theirs a little rubber gromit with a tab you pull to recharge it.

How do you change the function mode
Press and hold the button on screen to switch between modes. Downloading the app will make using the features easier (ie: turning on the blue rail lights).

Mine charges to 18milesbthen the charge brick died. There’s no lights. I only added 300miles on it

40 lbs?? Whoa that's heavy
36 lbs with the battery attached is still much lighter than a lot of models I researched. It’s slow…but still faster than walking or jogging to the train station.

Same, does anyone know how to connect it?
I was having trouble here and there with Bluetooth connectivity. I would force closed the app and reopen it….and that always worked until today. Now it won’t connect at all. Tried powering off my iPhone, closing the app, etc with no luck.
Any luck guys ? Same problem
@@muzicequalshappy it works well just the phone part having trouble , did you find your solution?
I emailed them and I received an automated response that they were aware of the connectivity issues and were working to fix the problem. The very next day, the app started connecting to the scooter again. Haven’t had an issue since. I have an iPhone 14 Pro.
