    My wife had migraines fairly often, and some were so bad that it would cause floaters in her eyes. At a small meeting, Gordon Robinson spoke and then shared that he seemed to have a gift to pray for people with headaches and migraines. My wife went up after the meeting, and he prayed for her, and she has not had a migraine since. That was about 15 years ago. Of course it was Jesus that healed her but using Gordon as a vehicle.

    Thank you for your video! I suffer from constant daily headaches plus migraines with aura since 20 years and nothing ever helped. It’s completely ruining my life. I will try some of your tips! Sadly I can’t take magnesium. Even a very small amount makes me lethargic, sleepy and depressed. Do you have any idea why this is happening? I tried different forms, but it’s all the same.

      Hey, I'm sorry to hear about your struggles and being late in the game to reply this comment. I don't know how I missed it but I'm here now to address your questions. With Magnesium, if I always have the philosophy that if it feels like a no-go to your body, i.e, it's not making you feeling healthier, then I would skip it. Personally I take Mg before bed because it does make me sleepy too, so it's a win at that point of the day. Physiologically. magnesium does increase GABA and it is a mild sedative, therefore often advised to be taken before bed. However, it's not making me feel depressed. With electrolytes, the ratio of different electrolytes are quite important. You could listen my discussion with Dr. James DiNicholantonio and see if it helps: ua-cam.com/video/AUqNF8YCxHE/v-deo.html

    Mam please guide here if we feeling low level of energy, Brain not working efficiently can we take coq10 supplement 200 mg just for a try with morning food . Although i am also taking other supplements magnesium, omega 3 but sometimes don’t have much energy. Please guide 🙏

    • @iaminkaland
      @iaminkaland  6 місяців тому

      yes you can take coq10 for 200 mg to try.
      daytime energy drops can relate to post-covid, bad sleep quality, eating habits etc.
      some general things that can help:
      align circadian rhythm
      focus on sleep quality
      anti-inflammatory lifestyle (esp. reducing sugar and ultra-processed and artificial foods)
      get sunlight first thing in the morning (5-15 minutes)
      exercise regularly
      use 5-15 minute nap or deep rest in the afternoon
      get to normal weight
      cold shower in the morning

    These are just some content ideas.
    What about contrast baths? Or contrast therapy in general? For example: having a hot tub (or sauna) and an ice bath in close proximity to each other and spending 3-5 minutes in one then switching to the other for 3-5 minutes and then back and forth for a total of 3, or 4, or 5 rounds.
    Would it be wise to use some sort of protocol like this when applied to the following situations:
    -At the end of a deloadweek?
    -In between sporting events on the same day, or on back-to-back days?
    -Before bed to increase sleep quality?
    - To move lymph, in order to help prevent or treat infected lymph nodes?
    -To increase angiogenesis for:
    •Looking more vascular for any sort of bodybuilding competition?
    •For treating muscular-skeletal injuries?
    •If contrast therapy does infact facilitate angiogenesis when used consistently enough over enough months/years, would the hypothetical increased number of blood vessels make it easier for an individual to lose fat?🤷‍♂️
    A video or videos covering any or all of this would be very valuable.
    These are just ideas, do as much or as little with them as you like.
    As a loyal subscriber, I continue to find good value from the insight you freely provide here on UA-cam.
    Keep up the great content.
    We're all gonna make it.

    What about stopping eating sugar and other plant shit?
    That's far better than any "supplements". Just eat healthy beef and water!

    • @iaminkaland
      @iaminkaland  7 місяців тому +1

      Sugar can definitely underlie some inflammation an migraine. but as mentioned in the video, many migraineurs are sensitive to beef and many animal products that are commonly "healthy", like eggs.

      I was vegan for 5 years and my health went downwards! I needed to start some animal products again but now after 4 years on and off eating both alot vegan and some animal foods I need to eat more plantbased again and take liquid supplements with it. Im working towards alot of information to understand what to do with my diet to get feeling better!
