Is one allowed to through food waste overboard at any time or holding tanks etc? please excuse my ignorance but I thought 34ft is more than 10 metres?....
Personally, I would not deem myself qualified to answer your first question in sufficient enough detail. Maybe google might do a better job:)
However, I can answer your second question. 34ft is 10.3 metres so yes, it is more than 10m but not by a significant amount.
