The guy that backed in to the sitting bike ya dumb ass should have looked. But the reality is the motorcycle was illegally parked and at fault. If parking spots are provided you cant stop or stand on the side of the road. Both are dumb asses

3:42 Exactly what did they do to get chased by cops? They just turned around so they wouldn't have to deal with the crash and it was a neighborhood, not an open road
they were on dirt bikes which are not street legal so they ran to the woods where the cops couldn't chase any longer.
also probably no license and or license plate. registered dirt bikes can be street legal, but seeing as how they took off, they probably were not (license plate, blinkers, smog)

***** larger motorcycles, above a certain cc need a smog if im not mistaken, or something equivalent, but for motorcycles. They dont emit as much carbon monoxide but i think they emit something else that requires regulation.

MyNameIsEmily still. i have seen it both in real life and in many video clips. they do it for the slightest things at times and even if they are in the wrong.
ofcourse i'm not saying that bikers are worse than normal drivers as the only reason why a guy in a car might not do it is simply that it's very difficult to get on the side of another car to "talk".
a little real example:
once on a vacation while my dad was driving we drove into an intersection on a 50km/h road. we had to turn left and the opposing lane was clear for us to turn through. then out of nowhere this idiot on a bike came down the road with 80-90km/h and had to slam his breakes in order to not crash into us. he then had the nerve to bring out his inner stupidity and follow our car down the road, shouting and cursing at my dad. my dad just nonchelantly ignored him with the window down.
people are sometimes just the biggest idiots. but atleast you would think they would have the courtesy to remind themselves that they are driving a more unsafe vehicle compared to most other people and therefore drive with the necesary care instead of the bullshit i regularly see bikers doing.
if a biker asks for you to pull over tyou should prolly just keep driving in safe manner not speed away like most idiots do

Riding a motorcycle requires a level of awareness and concentration that most car drivers can't even comprehend. Its incumbent on bike riders to watch out for the rest of the ignorant, lazy, slovenly, oafish, blind, un-thinking motoring public. If for nothing else than our personal safety.

Oh, that's a great one for all riders to see!! The one towards the end, when he was pushing through the middle and traffic started moving and he got caught on the car which began moving.
EVERY TIME I'm on the motorbike, I'm cutting the lanes and WAITING on the cars - some fucking idiot on a bike will come around me and push into the traffic where he does NOT belong. Then he'll argue that he's right, like the guy in the video. Stupidity goes both ways, always protect yourself when on two wheels, especially in the city - defensive driving ALWAYS, unless you're looking for a knee /arm /head surgery (or worse! :))
*Edit*: And before anyone gets started (as if someone will read this wall of text), my second priority IS to let the other riders pass me, make way for them, speed up if I'm the one holding them back, etc. Never get in anyone's way - and ONLY THEN you can expect the same. Takes _a lot_ to ride, I don't think 10% of people who do know it.
^^ If you're fast, you're fast. If you're slow, don't ride like you're fast - and if you get stuck, you didn't plan for everything ahead (fast enough) and it's on you and nobody else. Real simple, imo. =)

I road a sports bike for 8 years. I finally came to conclusion that people will never change and riding on roads that have intersection and multiple lanes is Russian roulette. If you ride in areas like this one needs to ride very defensively. Prayers to all.
