Your not the only one. My mom said that when she was little, there was a ghost man that used to live in her house and he died in the attic. She said it made sense bc when she moved in there was a singe lamp and mattress in the attic. My grand mom removed the mattress and the lamp and then that when they noticed weird stuff. My mom said that her and all her sibling’s beds would be unmade without them even going into the rooms. She said that one time her sibling, herself, and her aunt all made their beds, sat downstairs in the same room without moving for 10 minutes, and then they would go back upstairs and the beds would be unmade. She also said that the rug would get yanked randomly and that there would be muddy footprints going up and down the stairs, and up to the attic. She also said that the farmer ghost would pass through them to try to communicate. She said that when he would pass through they would go into a state of just staring and walking, kinda like sleepwalking. My grand mom eventually put the mattress back into the attic and they got a priest to bless the house. Then they moved out of the house, but she said that the ghost was friendly and never really bothered them other than those incidents that would happen almost every day. There is a chair in the shower for kids in wheelchairs, that is where she sits, every time I go in there I get a strong feeling that someone is stoop behind me, hence why we never go in there. A black figure and not even a second later. It disappeared and I felt a Cold breeze and my pillow started to shake, the black figure was faster then the flash, and guess what The light on was on the whole time and I was wide awake And I experienced alot more. Some times I hear people calling out my name and I would always ask if it was the people in the house or were I am and they say no always. And some times somethink would whisper in my ear when no one is around. Sometime when I close my eyes I will hear a whisper in my ear. You can either use sage or an incense stick: light it and walk around your house whilst in each room hallway and stairs you must say : away from me, away from me , I banish thee away from me. And it should work it worked for me

When I’m home alone I hear cops being scraped across my kitchen surface. Sprays being sprayed. Lights going on and off. Footsteps. Cupboard doors opening n closing. At this point I’m used to it. I just shout get lost and it stops for 5 mins then starts again. I think I have recordings of it

When I was younger I used to be scared of my grandparents house when I stayed over night , I used to hear footsteps coming into my room and then sometimes I would wake up to a man standing at the door while both my grandparents were asleep .
