@Mister Guy damn man that's really sad. I only managed to realize he's the father of Robert whom you use his firecrackers as a prosthetic tool. I didnt know it was that deep
@@RainyFun these fights are just intense. I just think it's a shame there's no way to revive the Samurai in the least. They're the best to me without feeling cheap. (Looking at you, Purple ninja who won't let me fucking heal.)
loved fighting the seven spears, best part is breaking their posture by mikiri countering their super thrust cause they are the only enemies in game that will try to counter the counter. After the mikiri counter instead of stumbling, they shove you back then strike with a heavy swinging blow, but if you deflect that perfectly they are knocked off balance and stumble past you and you can strike them in the back. That exchange really felt like you just out-skilled another master warrior.
yup combine that with purple fume firecracker for massive damage. You can get one hit off by chasing slice but by then, the firecracker is active so you can get atleast 4-5 hits along with a lot of posture damage
Agree. Since I practice wooden stick in my Kung Fu class, the hit after your mikiri counter (u don't deflect that way in real, but it's similar) does exist
Remember one time, I knew I was gonna proc Juzou if I tried to kill his goons, so I said "Fuck it" and charged in to kill the archers. Now, you might think this is a nerd story about me masterfully killing all the goons and Juzou all at the same time, by why would you do that? So instead, I did a hit and run, but I didn't leave the aggro zone. In simple terms, I ran around the battlefield you're given to fight Juzou like a fucking idiot, killing his men one by one, as I ran all over the place, I tried running back to hit the guys following him. I eventually got to Juzou and took him out. But just image that. Some scrawny shinobi with a sword running all over the place with a giant fat drunk man chasing after him, followed by a few other guys with swords. It was a good time needless to say.
When you run into the hall monitor trying to escape school. "For the sake of your education, put down your down your paper mache sword." "I will not." "You are getting detention"
Absolutely fantastic music, so epic. This composition complements the battles with the mini-bosses so well. Thank you for uploading the extended version.
No one can deny this song's name really is symbolic to the game, strength(The player) and discipline(The mini boss and your skills) or at least that's how I see it lol
Most of the comments are for puns but for me this ost really aligns with my "zone" and allows me to calm my mind and parry effectively. I think this is solely made for that purpose. It's just sad that a very few people can understand it's meaning.
I think the song is appropriately named for what you're saying here. The song is titled "Strength and Discipline." Strength as in being able to stand up to whoever stands in your path, to never back down as if your life depends on it. Discipline, making calculated decisions, not acting brash, to have self control. The ability to put your mind towards something and to follow through with whatever that is. Strength and discipline are quite literally words to live by. I truly believe this game has taught me some good lessons.
Oh god, the Ashina Elite boss before It clicked in my head that you can parry the cross strike if you’re quick enough...was stuck on him for soo long, this song got stuck in my head.
This song reminds me to fucking Seven Spears Yamahuchi. I hate that boss until I beat him. Damn, feel so good fight and win to one of the strongest bosses and the very beginning of the game.
Maybe it's because you don't know how to play the game you can't just spam sword attacks at the enemy and not expect him to attack you need to deflect and when your posture is about to be broken hold RT to recover it faster remember it's not a hack and slash game.
