Extended version of Battle in the Ruins from Darkest Dungeon.
I often find myself searching the web for awesome soundtracks to games I enjoy to play or watch. However, many that I find are the OST, which tend to be short, while I would instead prefer versions that I could listen to at length. So, I've taken it upon myself to develop this extended cut of the original. I hope you all enjoy.

@@danielarias5434 I used to have a leper called Guts as my first tank, a true lad, he carry the team through the first darkest dungeon travel like a slice of cake. He die 4-5 missions later, i miss that champ.

Ryan Brown There is two really good soındtrack in Darkest dungeon. Final boss's music (Never even came to him, probably in future) and this music.

Beeyem the Beheeyem I probably Did. Because I played the game in past like 30-40 hours I guess. I probably heard them but personally I do like this (and Last boss'es music that I heard from UA-cam because never reached him before). I am afraid I stoped playing because I went another country for studying and cannot turn back until Scholar ends at start of Summer, but I learned some New things from a youtuber from my country and I'll try to finish the game. Really want to beat Last boss myself.

this happened to my occultist but he got crit for 100% of his hp and then immediately died to a cultist witch.

How few people can create such a community for an amazing game that inspires more Lovecraftian-theme monsters and stories. We all have had our stress tested at least once when playing this for the first time ;)
I was clear headed for every boss but level 5 siren, the siren control of my shieldbreaker, my occultist died, my hellion, and my highwayman when at super low Heath. killed the siren with a repost crit. I hate the siren bosses
I like to constantly send my heroes to the Ruins because I like this track so much XD.
Cove is good too, as is Weald with no light.
Gonna use this for my dnd campaign when the party fights a Lich

I love Good Dark Fantasy, like Berserk & Drakengard 1. And damn, Darkest Dungeon is a fine addition to my Collection.

One of those absolute musical gems within a game that is loved for a lot, but where the OST is a little overlooked
Skeletal enemies are pretty much impossible to bleed, but they're easy to blight. Use that on them. In addition, as they are considered Unholy, the crusader can deal more damage against them.

Another one falls
As our heroes go through the perilous ruins, they are attacked by skeletons from ages past. These foul creatures have been summoned by the numerous necromancers in the ruins. The plague doctor tosses a plague grenade at the bone champion blighting it. The bone courtier throws a tempting goblet at the antiquarian forcing her to drink. Luckily, the antiquarian got down just in time. Angered, the bounty hunter pulls the bone courtier closer to him. "Come hither." He says. The bone arbalest defends his comrade by firing an arrow at the bounty hunter. Critical hit! Unnerved and unbalanced! The leper evens the odds by swinging his mighty broken sword at the bone courtier and bone champion. The bone courtier was destroyed. The bone champion, in a fit of rage, shakes the ground. Our heroes are hit but, stand there ground.
Great writing, except for one part: The Leper would have missed... 10 times over.

If you don't know what this is from, It's basically a meme that a popular streamer inflated, but then a mod developer turned it into something much darker.
It's called the Terminal 7 story, and uh... It was way darker than I thought it would be.

Love this game, but the music still sounds like something you'd hear in Dark Souls during a really cool boss fight. Actually, I wish the music from Dark Souls was this good.

Darkest dungeon is just turnbased dark souls with stress to not only you, but your characters too
comparing DS music with DD music is like comparing Justin Bieber with Freddy Mercury

DD music really sold the atmosphere. In fact I'd dare say if the music wasn't as good it wouldn't be nearly as successful at conveying the gritty grim struggle of the setting. And there'd be less engagement from first time players as a result.

I dont think i can last even one battle with this in the backround
sometimes I risk going w/ no light just to hear the music ._.
More loot and more crits for you pal. One time I had my Jester buff the team with camp skills then buff the team on the battlefield then buff the Hellion with camp skills then had the Hellion buff herself with camp skills then I snuffed the torch to pitch blackness. That 40%~ crit chance tore through the opposition way too hard.
