You just gave me one heck of an idea 💡. I'm running a 6nz at 800hp and 2400 tq. And what I want to do is put 264s rears. I did invest in a 229 18b trans. And I think it's should help. I hope. 😂. And sir your truck looks really good. I'm a w900l type of guy. In fact I have a true flat top. I finally got my dream truck and I pray to God it won't become a nightmare. Stay safe, healthy and blessed. God bless 🙌
I heard him say he’s got a C-18, and I was instantly thinking cool, probably around 850 horse…. NAAAH 1,275 HP!! I would be naming that truck “instant gratification“! Beautiful all the way around!
One of the owner operators that I worked with 20 years ago had a C-16, 600 hp CAT and I thought that was a helluva truck but this C18 is head and shoulders above. I'm missing driving a large car. I hauled cars with my own truck but sold out in 2013. If this company has a ride a man could get into I'd love the opportunity to run for a straight, stand up, old school company.

@@GoldPaccarStan 5 mpg, uphill, down hill, flat land at 90 mph all damn day, which means he can hook and haul 3 to 5 more loads per week than the guy creeping along at 63 mph, worried to death about losing a fuel mileage bonus, LMAO. Say no to cheap freight, buy the right equipment to get the most done and the shear production numbers take care of themselves!! So what if he spends $1000 more per week in fuel, he bills 5k to 7k more business each week. Meaning, he doesn't have to worry about fuel cost!!
For me it's passion and business opportunities. Plus I really want to make a couple business focused around high performance rigs hauling machinery and heavy haul. Peterbilt, Kenworth and the old Western Stars are my kind of truck. Mack as well. International Lonestars. That's about it lol. Purple is my favorite color then green and yellow. I am in no way, a steering wheel holder. I'll run hard.
Love the Big C-18 Cat and beautiful paint. I’d just prefer the Bigger Sleeper. Although I know you said your company runs regionally and I understand the weight…. I just want to have the big sleeper. Other than that, perfect.
If You look at all the data Aerodynamics has absolutely nothing to do with trucks. UNLESS your running them above 80/90MPH on a regular basis. and that data is based of of cars. That means the speed for a truck to be effected by Aerodynamics would have to be much higher.
Id drive that truck if you pay my water bill which is 50 bucks. I’ve been looking for a company that I can do an apprenticeship or OJT, most of the companies just run cascadias 😢
Know why nobody has a truck like that that’s an owner operator ??? Cause you can’t afford to have a truck like that. I’m order to be a millionaire being a trucker you gotta start off with 2 million 😎
