proud2BaNurse It’s really annoying to hear people say that. There have always been kids who caused or had problems, but there’s not some epidemic of bad kids now. My teenage granddaughter and her large circle of friends are respectful and understand the importance of treating others well.
At age 7, I made my FIRST HOLY COMMUNION. The pastor reminded us, everyone has a Guardian Angel, at 85 I still have him, Charles. He has helped me many times in my life and I still remember Father Hogan, Pastor of St. Martin Church, lower east-side in Detroit. Thank you father.

You can't see angels yet his mother has a picture of it, how the hell does she know what angels look like, who draw the picture? This is indoctrination to the extreme, just use a little logic and be objective. Do the thousands of children that are abused, killed and dying of hunger also have guardian angels, do the children that god ordered the killing of also rest in Jesus's arms...and the ones he had killed by some bears, do they also rest in his arms?
I miss Candid Camera! It was one of the funniest, and heart warming shows all wrapped up in one. Children will give their honest opinion, be it sweet, or otherwise!

Very young children can't recognize most dangers and accident potentials and are forever trying to get into things. Mothers can't keep their eyes on the little ones ALL the time! Truly. However, I wish he had seen some more ancient pictures of paintings and mosaics of angels. They are a bit more impressive looking than those 19th century illustrations of very feminine guardian angels. In truth the are neither male or female but they are fearsome against demons.

The Lord said: “See that you do not despise one of these little ones; for I tell you that in heaven their angels always behold the face of my Father who is in heaven." Matthew 18;10. They could probably be referred to as "personal" angels. Instead they are simply referred to as "his" or "their', etc.. The point is that everyone has an angel and its function is in part to guard. This is the teaching of the Church.
I loved Candid Camera so much as a kid. I’m 57 now...I miss those innocent days of tv! My mom gave me a Guardian Angel card too. I’ve always believed in angels, and have felt their protection many, many times!

I have a old pic of myself when I was about 2 it was taken in the family car in 1965 I was looking out the window and there was a little kid right behind me he looked like he was in a fog I believe he is my guardian angel 👼 well I hope he was. Just this past Sunday a girl was having a mental collapse. I was praying for her under my breath and a sudden peace came down along with a thick visible sparkle ✨ from the glory of God or evidence of the angelic. There was peace. God is good! 🙌
Mine's called, "Nonna" - my grandmother. She watched over me while she was present for the first 28 years of my life, and has continued to watch over me in spirit for the next 41 years. What a blessing.
