Tip for an easier cake drizzling : that is to pour all glaze into a sandwich bag with scissors making a small snipped on one corner of bag now with a sweeping motion decorate your cake 😊

Side note: Powdered sugar and lemon juice will make a perfect 2-ingredient glaze.

This is exactly how my Jamaican grandmother makes her poundcake when she makes it I sneak to the kitchen & slice half for me myself & I there’s a lot to feed so I make sure there’s a hefty cut, in the morning she’s wondering if she had some or her grandkids 😂😂 oo I did her dirty!!
