Great review! I really enjoyed this one from Spinnaker too. Really cool to see them doing a more traditional size. Oh hey, I just noticed you linked to my channel! Thanks a lot!
Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I linked to your video in the description because it was a great review and had the discount code for Spinnaker :)
Good review. Basically at the MSRP there are good alternatives, but for a discount might be worth it. It does look nice on wrist with 40mm case though.
Nice review. I basically agree. Definitely needs a better movement, at this point you should have hacking at this price. I also not crazy about the Mercedes hands and the crown does not match the rest of the watch.
Happy Holidays
Thanks for your input. I hope you holidays are enjoyable as well!
As the "stop-second" version of the 8215 movement has been available from Miyota for a few months now, I would hope that Spinnaker would make an effort to please us OCD type and drop in a hackable movement.
Yeah, that is a great idea, moving forward for Spinnaker
This looks great. Funny how the lack of hacking wouldn’t bother me.
I'm glad. Non hacking is a feature that only bothers some people, like me, lol
Great video, I just don't like that crown
The hack bothers me a bit, I must admit it... But somehow it gives a vintage vibe to have a vintage looks watch without hacking, isn't it?
You lost me at the beginning. Watch size is a personal thing, it mostly depends of the wrist size.
