I'm assuming the aerial footage is through Finniss. The widening into the mouth of the river joining Lake Alexandrina looks like the Finniss River east of Winery Rd and south of the Clayton Rd. And the uphill section somewhere beforeBugle Ranges, or just beyond there.
Like the music, too. Some of it reminds of Les Brown and His Band of Renown's "Sentimental Journey" with vocals by Doris Day from way back in 1944.

They arrived after this was filmed. Can’t wait so see them in service!!
