Such a great video. Thank you. I have been gluten free for 3 months and am happy to find your channel. I am excited to try this and your hamburger bun recipe. Before gluten free i baked all the time, now I am having to learn all over again! My husband has been asking for eclairs and so i have been wanting to find a patoux recipe. Cooking For You what kind of gluten free flour are you using ?
I have been using the gluten free flour mix from Schär Mehl Farine. Any mix that can be used for making bread should be perfect in this recipe. Sorry for my late reply..

Puffed pastry is bladerdeeg. Soesjes zijn cream puffs.
Pete Air Klopt, het wordt ook wel puffed pastry genoemd . Cream puffs is inderdaad de juiste benaming 🙂
