So today, I went to the docs to see a physio about my broken shoulder after 10+ weeks which was is so swollen and very painful. Waited 45 mins after the appointment and no one else was there - so left and rebooked for Monday. Enjoy your cruise too

Have a lovely holiday, hope you’ll do a vlog about it as I’m considering going on one with my sister in law in the future, not sure if it’s for me but we went on our first holiday together last month and had such a good week! We liked exploring, having good food, but were tucked up in bed by 10pm most nights ….oh the excitement!

I haven’t commented before although I’ve been subscribed for a couple of months. Love your videos and your upbeat personality. Your chats are great, subject matter never boring. You bring a sense of happy normality into a rather unsettled world so to sit with a cup of tea and ‘chat’ with you is really relaxing and always brings a smile. Thank you.

Enjoy your holiday with your friend .Your Mum should phone the hospital and make sure she is still on the list and not been dropped off. Also while we are on about health don’t neglect your own. I found HRT excellent ,but we all have to decide if it’s correct for oneself ,not all GP’s know enough about HRT. As always all your videos are interesting .❤❤

Hope you're feeling better soon x regarding your foot pain, could it be plantar fascitis.? I had it a few years back and it was horrible but I had a hard spiky ball which helped x

Plantar fasciitis? Do you wear flat shoes Carla? There are some great socks that help loads, they are on Amazon, plus a plastic bottle filled with water and frozen rolled back and for under the foot. If you look up the symptoms for the above you may find thats what it is. It's very painful, i had it quite bad a few times, to the point I couldnt walk, just hop! Since the Doctor told me flat shoes, ie ballet pump styles that are very fashionable are the devils work, i chucked them out, i have not suffered. Hope you feel better.
Hi Carla, I'm fairly new to your channel - I came over from Caroline's. I'm also new to HRT I'm older than you both at 55 but I'm bloomin' loving it, I feel much more like my old self and recommend it to anyone who will listen 😂It was interesting you saying that you don't watch every video of your friends, I'm a small UA-camr having started my channel two and a half years ago and I've yet to hit 1k, I think I will probably do it around my 85th birthday! But I always feel obliged to watch all content my UA-cam friends put out, I think in the new year I'm going to be more true to myself and be more selective for my viewing. Have a lovely holiday 💕

If you really want some content suggestions, the likes of your walking challenge could be repeated, foot permitting, for a month (January?) Just talk as you go about what's new in the world or your world and at month end reveal the distance covered?
Is it a cold sore in your nose.? My daughter gets them.

My dog takes loxicom for joint pain , I'm going to mention libella for him and see what they say.

I imagine there's an uptick in Ebay buyers because of the current state of the economy (it's not much better here across the pond) - people are buying pre-owned to cut back on expenses. Sure feel for your Mom, gallbladder pain is no fun.

Hi Carla...I have heard you saying your Mum is a crocheters just like me. I know you often pick up yarn for her. Perhaps she could try going to a knit and natter club if there is one in her area. I did about a year ago and at 69 years old I have made new friends. We don't go to the club now but the three of us meet up twice a week to knit and crochet at various pubs and cafes. One of the group drives so we also go for days out too. We've been shopping at different shopping centres and had lovey afternoon tea at a posh hotel. I have rheumatoid arthritis so have limited mobility. If I hadn't met these girls I would be stuck in the house most of the time. Hope your Mum gives a club a try and gets herself out more. Also hoping all goes well with the operations she is waiting for. Sending love and happy thoughts to you and yours. Denise xxxx

My doctors say you can only discuss one ailment per appointment! The thing is , if you've waited a year to see them, you've probably got one or two things to talk about, sigh! The dentist cancelled my scale and polish appointment twice due to Covid. I had it yestersday and it had gone up to £70 from 1st November! It wasn't my fault it was delayed, but I still had to pay. Oh well. Been on HRT for two months and feel the benefits.

Of course at times its a bit boring, thats life, I like to watch you as you appear to be "one of us" some one just plodding along, no glamour, no living the high life and off out or away somewhere exotic every weekend. If its truly tedious I can check my phone. I guess you show a true side of you. Anyway, moving on, I am positive about the financial crises, Im positive its going down the toilet and I wish some of the noddies voted in did something to earn their ridiculous money. I couldn’t get a doctors appointment for my back pain so asked the vet when I took my cat 😂
Hiya Carla, I feel it for your mam, I've waited 4,& a half years for my Gallbladder surgery, to many chefs, & not enough Indians,. & Poor Buddy, it's getting on, but your fur babies are to your children. Carla, have you 🐝 been tested for Diabetes, & your legs, see if you've not torn your ligaments in your legs, my Doctor kept telling me to lose weight, & never even looked at my legs, I went to a different Doctor, he sent me to the hospital for scans, I found bout I've got no cartilage behind my knee, need an operation, plus ive torn my ligaments in both my legs, Ask your Doctor , keep on plodding on Carla, don't let the B's,😡 get us down.
Hope you got on alright at the doctors, appointment are so hard to make nowadays! 😂
