Nice! It cannot be understated that the trees on the Hoh are the most enormous in the PNW. Like every 3rd tree is the biggest tree you’ll ever see! Great work, Radish!! Did you encounter much trail wash out in the lower sections? The last time I was up there in 2023 the trail was washed out just before the Olympus ranger station
The trees are insane! It made the approach so much more enjoyable. The trail was in great condition, the only washout was the big one with the rope ladder right before Glacier Meadows.
We sacrificed a small length of webbing wrapped around a boulder as our rappel anchor. That way we could retrieve our rope when we’re back on the ground but the anchor stays up there.
