Did you transfer the silver nuts from the old grill that held the sensor and then use the 10mm bolts to hold the sensor securely? In the video it looked like you missed this step?

I haven’t had any issues with my sensor, sometimes the sensor might need to be angled down a bit, which can be achieved by adding a couple washers between the sensor and grille.

Do you have a tool list what what you used
So the tss sensor is only held by the set screw in the aftermarket grille? You never re inserted the 2 black screws that held it in the original
I re-used the two bolts from the sport grill on my Pro grill for the 2 black screws. I also had 6 clips holding the grill instead of 4. 2021 TRD Sport
I been wanting to do this mod I am hearing that the sensor needs to be calibrated at the dealership what’s your take on this

Yes, it should work as you're just replacing the grille insert.
What about sensor recalibration?
