Nice setup! The only thing you’re missing is a Gamn Dood Brewing sticker on the fridge! 🍻

Surprisingly helpful. I'm about to do much the same thing. nice to see all the dirty details of the project. I do pressure canning batches of Salmon etc. 90 minutes of steam production. be nice to do it inside.out of the wind, to save propane.

So have you had a chance to brew with it yet? Do you still get dripping condensation or did it fix it? I have a similar dilemma, i build a new house with a dedicated brewery and have yet to install some kind of exhaust system. Condensate hoods seem to be the best fit except for the price...

@@arneschmidt3445 Yep, sorry I didn't follow up on this! It made the dripping issue about 98% better, so definitely a win. Basically if I just wipe it down a couple of times during the boil it's good which is WAY better than before. I've since added a 65L BrewZilla that I run over by a window with a fan blowing the steam out the window, but when I do a smaller batch this has proven to be a big improvement. Thanks for watching!

Forgot to mention -- I also started doing 30 minute boils which helped too. Just have to up the hops accordingly to compensate for the shorter boil.
