Poweful details as always, inverting under pressure as " a reaction " not necessarily an initiative makes everything more accessible with this hand pummeling from the armpit to the leg, while pulling opponent to us, awesome!
Aaron - are you going deep with the underhook-to-elbow immediately or moving there once you are ready to rotate underneath your opponent when you roll? Also, if you don't mind more questions - if you slip the foot off the uke's hip and they fill that space, what are you doing to control them at that point?
I typically go deep right away if I can. If I play rdlr I almost always prefer to control the leg. To the second question, if they push my foot off their hip I may go to a shin to shin hybrid, or circle my leg in the bicep like a lasso
This is awesome! I’ve been working on adding this as a part of my game. My gym never teaches reverse de la riva so this video really helps.

Anyone that used On the Contrary in the correct context without being ironic is a good human in my view. Hahaha.
Hahaha that’s funny.

I came here for the technique but stayed for the uke. :)
Dan Buesse 😂😂😂 I’m definitely lucky.
I try this but then they sit to their butt and pressure both my legs down so I'm stuck in an inverted position. What do you do to address that?
Aaron the intro music is good now but the next part where you show the moves quickly is way too loud again. Have your guy match it to the intro music!
Matthew thanks you for this! I will for sure!
👊👊👊👊👊👊 Osss
Do you recommend doing the baby bolo in no gi?
Vincent Bryan Blanco yes! Definitely!
