Did u check out all what u r saying before u purchased your house ? Is your house devoid of all these attendant problems ? If all these are taken care, then price or age of the house or construction quality or maintenance cost etc.may pose an issue . Pl dont say all these for the sake of video 📷 Brevity and practicality are imp too. Like too many cooks spoil the broth, too many imaginations, pre conceived notions will lead you nowhere.😒
