The differentiator is the expansive lawn facing the sea with ebb and flow of the sea wave almost touching the railing of the lawn. Interior was as usual as most upscale apartment builders would do. Altogether beautiful apartment for it's sea hugging lawn and picturesque view.
People complaining about interior, guys chill owners can invest another 5 crore for the interior! Obviously some filmstars or ministers will buy it and trust me they have so much money they can even rebuild everything.

Interior is very ordinary,not upto the mark of 35Cr price tag, may be its the location which makes it such expensive. I really hope to have good interior design because redesigning it will add a budget of 2-3 Cr more.

The correct calculation would have been 68,000 rupees per sqft. with a price tag of 30 crores. Factoring in the room for negotiating with a potential buyer I understand you bumped it up by 5 crores extra. Great bungalow though
Bunglow rates are around twice the price(1.2lakh/sqft) then apartment according to the current fsi without sea view .... but here it's sea touch, the reason for lesser price is they have some issue with the title for all this land nearby

Location is great but I didn't like the layout. The floors, washrooms are just too dark for my liking and way too many stairs but presentation was pretty good though. Next time try to give the lot size too if possible.

Luxury means pay 35cr and work from the attic oops sorry I mean home office. I think there is no parking as well or garage.

If i am owner of this property i will sell this house and i shift to rented house in Goa or in other city... But if i have much money then never sell this juhu beach house..
I like everything but why i will not buy this because very small kitchen compare to house. I will be having 10 cooks continueousely working in that room. They need space. And this house is not having that space.
