I mostly love 2 things in this property 1‐ leaving area 2‐ Spacious balcony looks beautiful airy and negative things for me in this property is Railing glass on stairs , very common interior

sea facing in mumbai tend to stink at times because of sewage getting dumped directly into the sea. Mumbai needs way better waste disposal to be a model city. Probably another 5 years time when all metros and underpasses and flyovers are built up, start rebuilding the sewage lines once more.
honestly, I cannot live that high up in apartments, first I could have fear of heigths... and it seems wierd that you live so high up from mother earth, like a fre@k , and always the chance of FIRE emergency, which could seriously screw your life ! No thanks, I am better at ground level.
