Really Great Review, Love your on Camera Personality and how you can remember what to say while being a natural on Camera! I wish I could do that, but I have Very Poor Memory, so I have to use a script sadly. Though I'll deviate from my script a bit from time to time

When it comes to confort, which one would you say that clamps the less? I have struggled with clamping force because I wear glasses (which looks like yours)

Hey! I bought the headphones after reading your review, this is my update after about 3 months of use. The sound is great and so is the mic! The major MAJOR flaw is the build quality. After 2 months of daily use they started to crack where the earcups are connected to the headband and shortly after the earcup snapped entirely. It was at a point where it was literally hanging because of the wire. So this would definitely go into the NOT recommend pile for me which is a shame because they sound incredible.
I have a tune 500 and something like that happened with me.
After 5 or 6 months of use the headband simply snaped and disconnected from the main chassi and now there's a gap between them. Other than that, the earbuds started falling apart and would often get stuck on my ears and I wouldn't notice, having to rely on other people asking me "what is this black thing on your ear?". A shame really, since the audio quality is good and the mic is outstanding. I guess is a trait on JBL products to sacrifice build quality in exchange of higher sound quality, but still, having your product not break is a big win still.

I dont get why people snap their headphone headbands. I always put them gently on my head and never try to stretch them carelessly. My JBL Quantum 400 is a year old and I only had to replace its earpads.
@@vc7415 in my case it was extremely careful use. No twisting, bending, or any aggressive behaviour with the headphones. In fact I even had a headphone stand so they can rest away from all the activity areas on my desk. But yet they managed to crack within a couple of uses. May not be an accurate representation of the product, but definitely not recommending it to anyone. Switched to Razer krakens after them and have faced no issues
@@kunalchauhan2642 I guess it really varies. Even my PlayStation Gold Wireless Headset headband is fine even after 6 years and I really didn't take a good care of it. I even bring them on my travels. Other users of that headset has theirs snap too. I really dont know about you guys lol.
Looking forward to your review for Quantum 800 and Quantum One. Wondering if the noise cancellation, wireless and bluetooth are up to the mark.
Actually bought one. You pretty much nailed everything I need to hear. Microphone and what games do they shine with. I am a story-driven gamer so I appreciate the note.

Got the headset and tested it on music and gaming. I play on Playstation 4 and it really sounds well. It’s as every bit as it has been discussed here. Volume is my concern. I tried it on a laptop and it is loud. When I shifted to PS4, it went a bit soft on volume. All in all, still a solid buy for the price.

I am gonna but a headset very soon, and i am confused between Quantum 200 and Hyperx Cloud Stinger. In India, Stingers sell for around $63 and Qunatum 200 for $49.
Which one should i buy and if thwe price of stingers drop down, then till what price they will be worth it over the $49 of JBL 200.
I play a lot of CSGO, and listen to songs for long hours too(while doing work etc.)
Also suggest the one which is more durable, cause frequency of me dropping headset from the desk is about 1drop/week(trying to improve it).

I've had this for 5 months now, and the build IS definitely the weak point of these. My mic stopped making that click noice when flipping it up/down. It still mutes and unmutes, but it still is disappointing considering that I haven't dropped the headset at all.

Does anyone know if this headset has sound bleeding? I have a hyperx cloud stinger and everyone on discord complains they can hear whatever I'm hearing while chatting with them, like music, an youtube video or whatever. Fiddled with a bunch of settings, it got better, but even if I use voice recorder on windows and play something in the background, I can still hear what was playing pretty cleary when I listen to the recording, really annoying. Anyway, wanted to know if these are any better because I've that's a pretty common issue with headsets that have that 3 channel plug.

I love ur videos, I've watched pretty much all of them on gaming headphones and I can't decide which ones are best for ps4... i mainly only play call of duty and ive bought the sony platinum wireless amd returned them cause they were very uncomfortable and then i got steelseries arctis 5 to try there comfort but they didn't give me the sound i was looking for... whats ur recommendation for the best comfort md sound for me on ps4.. ill spend the 329 on the artist pro wireless if I'm gonna get the most out of them on ps4... i feel like all the best features only work with P.C.. lol please help me thanks
you are correct the arctis pro's shone on pc, but they are also the best ps4 headset (wired with dac) my second fav headset on ps4 if the arctis 7's. BTW you can adjust the eq/settings on pc, and it saves over to console

yeah, on ps4 I always recommend wireless. going 3.5 is just such low vol on ps4. go arctis 1 or arctis 7

Talking to a gaming newbie here. When playing pubg I like to know where people are coming from or shooting from! I had the Pioneers SE-MX7-K headphones and they had great bass and sound, they also made people’s footsteps or shooting come from my left or right ear whenever someone’s on the either side and it helped so much when trying to hunt people down or if I’m trying to hide.. do these do this? Help would be appreciated😭

Hi Teche, I have this exact JBL headset but I might return it. Why? First, my friends said they can hear the game from my headset which makes it echo in their game, and my volume is not even loud. I'm thinking the audio sound is leaking through the mic boom. Second, when the mic is flipped up to mute they said they hear a "static sound" from my muted mic, some said my mic is going "haywire" lol. I love the sound, comfort, and mic quality tho! But there's some issues, hope you can check it too.

@@TheTechne I'm on PC. The mic really echoes which was inconvenient to my friends and randoms I play with on warzone. I ended up returning it. My old turtlebeach isn't echoing the game tho. I'll have to watch more of your reviews to see what's next for me lol
