Definitely no; you do not become an Englishman; but once you become the legal citizen of the country your rights are governed by the laws of the land;however, if the country you reside has a history by which if it is acceptable historically/legally that English had been the mother of Tamil language and that your forefathers and that of English people spoke the same language in different form then it is within your rights to challenge any biased opinion that denies it.
Again if your native place - historically or otherwise- is under the rule of a land whose people speak different language, is it right to deny you the right to contest a legally conducted election ?
If a person asserts that a corrupt fanatic person has more rights- just because he belongs to his own race- than one who is honest and noble then he is the enemy of the race itself. Make no mistake about it.

Your choice. why should I question your preference? But you have not countered my rely which means Seeman cannot be the right person to lead TN if believes in racism, divisive politics and extremism. Uyir - which has its own life, Mei has no life on its own, it needs the support of uyir. Ohm, is the primordial sound from which uyir letters are created. successively and quickly say "a" from throat ," i " from upper jaw and u from just above the teeth and close the mouth creates "m". Every other uyir is combination of these three letters eg.( a,i =e) ,(a,u=o), (a, a, i = ai), ( a, a, u =ove) etc, are thefoundation of any language. OHM is the life force of language. Tamil looked the universe and understood the co-existence of life form and nature to create its culture and tradition. I really do not know what they are or where they exist- no documented evidence to illustrate. what I got is disputed hearsay.

Who is Thamil . Those who has their mother language Thamil is called as Thamils . ie Their parents AND their parents for a long generations then they classified as THAMILS . At the Same time since the VISVANATHA NAYAKAN came to THAMIL NADU from VIJAYANAGARA EMPIRE [ year 1545 ] his dissidents lived tamil Nadu by blood relationship they are TELUGU People . Because they lived long time in Tamil Nadu now their Mother Language is Thamil . THEY COULD CALLED AS " THAMIL SPEAKING PEOPLE " . But they are not THAMILS . In the State of Thamil Nadu there are Thamils AND Thamil Speaking people are living together . If the Thamil Speaking people give up their identity and traditions , and their tribes [ ex : Naudu . Reddey , Rao ] then of cause for few generation they genuinely speak Tamil Language as their mother language we can accept them as THAMILS . ---- But those who came in to the State of Thamil Nadu for job seeking OR for work in the Film Industry OR any other purpose and settle down in THamil Nadu [ ie Economic migrants ] They are classified as THAMIL NADU ETHNIC MINORITIES .
