- If we are someone who works with people - especially with the healing arts like yoga teaching, or massage, or healer, or psychotherapy - we need to keep our energy bright, clear and uplifted. Not only does it help transform any space we walk into, it also helps to protect us from heavier or unhelpful energy. This kundalini yoga kriya, known as 'purifying the self' helps to do just that - keeping you bright and clear!
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas, please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.

Funny how life works. My friend in Australia sent me this video the other day as she’d done it and loved it. I excitedly clicked to discover I had also done this video and even commented here! A month ago!! So this morning, while the sky was still dark, I began this again. I really needed this deep grounding after the busy week I’ve had!!❤️This is one I think those who work with people in healing or nurturing capacities ought to do (on the regular) at least once a week.
