Hello doctor. Hope you are doing well. Sir, i feel like my ears are blocked after listening to online class. I stop using earpods though my problem didnt solve. Even if i listen to recorded classes im facing same issue with my ears. And after 2- 3 days of continue classes im getting headaches. I usually watch videos on phone then i dont face any issue. I dnt know wht is exactly happening. Do i need to visit an ENT or is there any solution. My classes lasts for 2-3 hrs . Hope u reply. Thanks

All this methods are not working for me..and while flying also pain becomes more and more..all exercise eating chewing and all things not working at all..what to do for long root flight ??
@@freedom_in_india__ yes, everything, eating food, hot water and block ears, still same issue..need to focus that you should not have a little cold..if you are facing same issue..take a course of cold before flight.
The disaster you were talking after popping nose towards ear is exactly what I’m suffering now and mind you my air pressure is fucked up air moves continuously outside my ear it’s soo difficult ko balance air .. my quality of life is fucked up.. 💀
