I wanted you to know that I've been doing yoga with you for the past year now - or should I say, my cat and I watch your yoga channel. I don't know why it is, but he absolutely loves watching you. He sits on the couch totally mesmerized, it's so cute. Perhaps he saw Cloe or some of the other cats once and is hoping to get another glimpse of them, or perhaps he likes the sound of your voice. Whatever the reason, he's captivated the entire time. That said, I enjoy the 10 minute routines, and do they every morning. You never say or do things that cause distress but share peaceful energy instead. I also like how you give alternative versions of some poses so that yogies of every level can be engaged. I love this video - pretty sure I've watched this every night since I found it! ❤ . I've always had problems falling asleep & this video with the stretches really helps me fall asleep super fast! And it also helps with my lower back but some days its really hard for me to do some of the exercises without felling alot of pain - i hope that its my bidy getting used to doing these everyday 🤞🫣

Hi there, I am wondering if you could do some videos for people who have herniated discs. Following all these yoga videos for back pain, I have unknowingly exacerbated my pain as they all seem to include forward folds. I have had to stop practicing yoga completely and I miss it!

Forward folds do not smooth me nervous system, they hurt and spending 10 breaths in that pose is excruciating, what’s a modification for anyone not so flexible.
Forward folds were definitely hard for me when I started out. I’m almost 4 years in doing yoga and they are still hard for me to do first thing in the morning. You only need to bend as far as your spine will allow, don’t push it to the point where it hurts. Even if it feels like you are only folding forward the tiniest amount, you are still benefiting from the pose. The longer you hold the pose, the more your spine should soften. If you need more support, try some large pillows to lean upon! Doing this flow in bed should also hopefully give you some comfort over the hard floor. Good luck in your practice!
