I'd say Frost would be a better pick, cause let's say your opponent blocks your Slice N Dice. You can send Frost out for a low mix up that will freeze them and give you time to call Sento. And once you finish the kombo you'll get a 36% damage, which is still pretty good.
But with Frost the overall damage of the kombo is 42% not 43% like Sub Zero. But I'd say it's worth it due to outsmarting your opponent.
