I was one of the comments asking about the invisibility combo. The way I do it is combining the kameo input with the invisibility input. So down R1 and up 4 together. Works all the time.
Yeah I do that too, simplifies the combo by a lot.
I honestly recommend switch kameo to L2/LT, makes it a lot easier to confirm

Thanks for the guide! Not sure if you knew this, but you can cancel standing 3 into Falling Fangs even on miss. It's kind of gimmicky but can be useful to catch people, especially while invisible.
This is awesome! Been maining reptile since the game came out and when I saw your scorpion kameo invisibility set up with the forceball at the end I tried labing it but couldnt pull it off. This helps a lot!

always appreciate a more in depth guide on my boy lizard man, been really digging scorps as a kameo altho i feel bad for letting sareena go, she carried me all the way up to grand master but it is what it is lol will definitely be putting the sauce to work in ranked!
In Grand Close to demi rnow, what I do is pick Sareena then if I lose 1st set or depending on how opponent plays, I switch to Scorp. Also pick sareena vs zoners

I learned a lot from watching the UA-cam gameplay and I learned everything with scorpion except the 400+ combo I even got compliments and had to let it be known I got it all from HoneyB cause I’m not nice like that fr 😂 this is also my first mk game I took serious and I improved dramatically cause of these

The reptile dash move amplified paired with a goro up punch kameo can break their armor if they try to armor through it btw

Thanks so much for the advanced guide. I am far from pro level and I found the mix up game with Stryker very interesting. One thing that I found in practice was the standing 3 (could have the input wrong it's the mid tail whip) can be cancelled into falling fang. I was thinking about squeezing Strykers low assist with this cancel but I noticed in general you did not have this cancel in the guide. Is this a newb/bad idea or did I stumble across a solid option to mix in and add value to the Stryker kameo?
Since week 1 early access ive been using Reptiles EX far force ball to start kombos. Would you say that's the best option to start off with or regular EX force ball?
Basically, have I been utilizing it right?

Amazing video thanks its my main since i noticed i could actually do combo's with him , did the patches change anything major about using the assists you mentioned apart from the obvious down time on cyrax meter builds 😂😂
One small thing about sta ding 3. Since he jumps in the air and its a two hitting button, if you do the down back 4 air overhead it cancels before the 2nd hit.
Definitely do one for Omni-Man! This is some good stuff
also if timed right and if ur at the right distance ex acid spit is a good anti air as well

Hey honeybee really nice guide been practicing lots of reptile. I’m being really picky here but when you say forward sometimes sounds like 4, could be clearer if F instead?
Sektor has a restand combo with reptile but timing is tight
Guys hes right after death roll micro dash up sweep is an amazing check its so perfect try to practice that and get it on point hits for me 80% of the time because when they get up their hitbox is sticking out and your sweep looks like it will whiff
Is there a way to armour break with out needing a certain kameo? Like just stuff in reptiles kit that will armour break?
In mk 1 I tried reptile for the first time I reached demi god using reptile scorpion, watching you has helped my game
I've been maining sub and Kitana since mk9 this is the first time I picked up reptile after mk2.
I never seen to be able to land force ball after forward 3,2 into scorp cameo and invisibility.
I see you hit a force ball after invi everytime, can u please tell me how to ?

Looking forward to playing him i wish he was faster like mkx reptile i forget the variation name but slowdown was so damn swaggy and fun to watch.
I was trying to decide between him or smoke as my next character (started with niitara then rain) but i saw some of your sets and decided to give my old fav (tremor my new facorite ninja) the next slot
And subs projectile armor comes in so clutch for people who do heavy zoning and especially against the sareena spam.
(I was trying to get to elder god for barraka skin but just not good enough i BARELY made it to demi god and that took some time lol)
Maybe I will be good with Reptile now

With that final combo with Scorpion, I'm able to do it, but I'm only getting 43%. I'm using meter on the first force ball, and the combo is ending with 21 hits, but I'm missing the 2%. Was there some kinda nerf?

On the very last damage combo, Why not use the air 2,3,3 Falling fangs?

After the Scorpion invisibility set up have you looked into landing a slightly charged back 2 instead of doing the forward 3 run? Slightly charged back 2 gives a crazy good knockdown but landing it is a bit of a bitch (it's hard as shit)
I can't seem to cancel into the low special from Back 2, in fact any other special that we're supposed to be able to.
How do you cancel the dash I see a ton of ppl do it and there’s 0 info about it in the command list

One thing that I've seen you do (think it was against fox) that wasn't mentioned is cancelling down + 4

out of interest on that last meaty combo with 45% why can't you do the reptile drop at the end of the combo?
The gravity is too high and it won't connect which will get you punished. Feel free to try it 😅

Can you force ball then dash cancel into opponent??
Nice guide bro but i found myself doing *starter* - df1(r2)-4-df1-U322-far scorp-u322-db4. Its like 430 damage with 1 scorp and its hard to drop because your string if i wanna end it on first scorp have rly bad timing to hit db4 in the air. If you do my combo, in next hit you can do 430 again cuz you waste only 1 kameo
