  • Jean-Marie Hullot is a French entrepreneur, currently the head of Fotonauts, developing Fotopedia. He closely worked with Steve Jobs, invented and implemented Interface Builder, a main component of NeXTstep on the NeXT machine, which later became MacOSX on Apple machines. He inspired the iPhone, and worked on its genesis in a secret Apple research center located in Paris.
He is talking about his life, made of hazard rather than based upon a well defined professional project. This was on 28 November 2013, in ENSEIRB-MATMECA main auditorium.

I attributed Flip (the first slide presentation editor) to Jean-Marie Hullot; in fact, as Jean-Marie later pointed out in his conference, Flip was designed and implemented by Gilles Kahn, computer scientist and researcher at INRIA, then director of INRIA and member of the French Academy of Sciences (see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gilles_Kahn). My mistake!
