I made a really soft and moist sponge cake and I want to share this cake recipe.
This cake is not too sweet and soft, so it is very suitable for children's snacks.

Ingredient
Cake flour 80g
oil 50g
milk 80g
5 egg
Sugar 80g
Vanilla extract 1ts
* cup measurements
2/3 cup cake flour
1/4 cup oil (60ml)
1/3 cup milk (80ml)
5 eggs
1/3 cup and 1Tbsp granulated sugar
1tsp vanilla extract

Clear noise is NOISE. Just have it be regular, not as if our ears were inside the bowl.
I grew up in Hollister CA and there was a bakery there that made this exact cake. That was almost 50 years ago and I have looked high and low for a bakery that could make this very cake? No one so far until this one. I have been making it every few days. I was most happy to have my 80 year old mom try it. She’s the main reason for my relentless search. She never thought she would taste this Chiffon cake again. Thank you thank you kindly🙏🏻

Hands down guys this is the best sponge cake I have ever tried. I just add 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tbspn extra sugar. But the actual recipe as is tasted awesome too. Thank you😊
I think some of the little english words like fan for pan. Is so sweet I don't know why I just do because I appreciated so so much that you go out of your way to make sure other languages can have the ingredients and make these dishes and bakery goods. Thank you so so much! I hope I can make it as good as you. I still can't seem to get the jiggly cheesecake or the pancakes right lol I've tried get so excited and then it doesn't work and I get so sad but I think the last two times it turned out almost okay lol I'm a good cook but these asian dishes are so hard and so extraordinarily creative! Man I wish I had half the talent lol so intelligent with everything and put art into everything even food! Wow it's unbelievable!

1)80г молоко+50гр масло растительный/разагреть+80гр муки+5желток+экстракт ванелинь 1ч.л
2)5белок+сахарные пудра(безе) взбить минимум 3минута и окуратно постепенно обеденяем.
3) Заливаем готовую тесту в формочку диаметр 18×18/бортики7см высоты, сверху должно еще один протевень что бы добавить горячую воды.
4) духовка должна разагрета 150° поставим тесто на 1чась в духовке

This was the softest and yummiest cake I've ever baked! I couldn't get it as high and fluffy but it was still amazing. Definitely will be making it again and again. ❤️

I’ve tried this many times now. It was perfect everytime I baked it, just followed the instructions. ☺️ Thank you so much, I can now make a simple & yummy sponge cake anytime I want to & it’s very simple too as I don’t have too much patience when it comes to baking. 😅

@@mariahcab2825 hi! pag basa pa po ibake for another while longer, kahit konti lang like 5-10 minutes, pag tinusukan ulit ng toothpick, kahit may konting crumbs okay lang po as long as tuyo na siya and mukhang luto na yung gitna

actually, I don't know how to make a cake. whenever I do follow someone video never happens, every time my hubby laughs at me, but after I saw your video and tried to make a cake, omg it happen. I couldn't believe that I made a cake and its happen. my hubby still never trust on me. @@chouchoub5151 j'ai essayé et ça na pas marché c'étais cuit a l'extérieur mais liquide a l'intérieur. Par contre j'ai trouvé la même recette avec 3œufs au lieu de 5 et 3 Cl de lait et 3 cl d'huile au lieu de 8 et 5 et la c'était parfait !
Made this cake. It is very soft, but it taste too much like eggs. Too strong egg taste. It is also too sweet.
Those who try it do not warm milk too much and when adding flour add a little at a time or it will clump up on you.
No directions on video. It was my trial and error testing.

Actually, the egg flavor is normal from the method of making this recipe. At least in my country (I don't know in the others) this type of cake is used to make cakes filled with cream and others, so you don't notice the egg taste. When eaten like this, the egg flavor can be too strong. I recomend you to try put a little less sugar in the recipe, and add something less sweet (if you don't like it that much), but creamy. Fresh fruits with whiped cream are a good option.

@@dahiana72 If you haven't made the recipe yet, I recommend using the amount of eggs that appears in the video, otherwise the recipe doesn't work or it turns out to be too little mixture. If you are concerned about the egg taste, you can fill the cake with some type of cream, and that will make you notice less the egg taste
@@valentinacid2986 would homemade vanilla custard / cream work well with this cake if i were to make the cream less sweet than regular in order to balance out the sweetness of this sponge? I like cooking and consider myself quite good at it, but baking is a whole different beast and I'm trying to make something cool for my mom's birthday so any help would be very much appreciated.
@@alexsavastru8125 Mmh thinking about the taste and texture, I think vanilla cream could go well with this sponge, but to be honest I wouldn't choose to make this recipe for a birthday cake, actually, I would choose a much lighter and simpler sponge... Although things may be different in each country, this is a Thai recipe after all. Anyway, if you need any recipe or guide to make the cake, do not hesitate to ask me 😊

Ingrédient:
Farine à gâteau 80g
huile 50g
lait 80g
5 œufs
Sucre 80g
Extrait de vanille 1ts
Faire chauffer 80g de lait avec 50g d’huile de cuisson,
Verser dans un cul de poule
Ajouter 80g de farine à gâteau (préalablement tamisée) au mélange lait-huile et bien mélanger
Ajouter 5 jaunes d’œufs et bien mélanger, puis l’extrait de vanille,
Dans un cul de poule battre en neige 5 blancs d’oeufs et 80g de sucre
Incorporer délicatement et en plusieurs fois les blancs en neige à la pâte, bien mélanger jusqu’au bord avec la spatule
Préparer un moule carré avec du papier sulfurisé, les bords doivent dépasser de 3cm
verser la pâte et aplanir,
Pour une cuisson au bain marie, placer le moule dans un moule plus grand dans lequel on versera de l’eau bouillante
Préchauffer le four à 150° th 5 et cuire une heure,

이 레시피 너무 맛있어요! 그런데 식힘망에 올려놓고 시간이 지나니까 살짝 가라앉더라고요ㅠ 그래서 뭔가 뭉친느낌?이 나네요. 처음보다 식감이 무거워졌어요ㅠ 어떻게 식혀야 처음처럼 가볍고 폭식한 식감이 될까요?
머랭이랑 반죽을 섞어서 혼합할때 너무 많이 혼합한게 아닐까요? 베이킹 공부할 때 어렴풋이 기억이 나는게
혼합할때 반죽을 너무 많이 섞게되면 밀도?? 암튼 그게 높으면 뭉치기도 하면서 빵이 가라앉는다고 하더라구여
오븐 안에 두고 천천히 식히는 방법은 어떨까 싶네요. 치즈케익 구울때 시간됐다고 바로 빼서 식히면 가라앉아서 전 오븐에서 식히거든요
가라앉는건 중탕방식의 카스테라 숙명이긴한데 뭉친느낌이라면 머랭하고 혼합반죽시 과반죽되서 머랭이 죽은거같은데요 ㅠ.ㅠ
흰자 머랭을 너무 올려도 그러합니다.
영상을 다시 보시며 머랭올린후 상태를 봐주세요.
그리고 완성된 반죽을 팬닝할때 상태도 봐주시고요.이 두가지만 잘 보시고 한다면 90프로 성공하시고 마지막 10프로는 꺼내실때 충격을 주시는겁니다.그러하면 식으면서 주저앉는것을 방지할수 있습니다
밀가루를 조금만 더 넣으면 어떨까?싶어요 계란이 다섯개지만 무게가 다 다르기때문에
반죽이 살짝 묽으면 너무 부드러운카스테라라

Thank you! I tried the recipe and loved how lightly sweeten it is. I overwhipped my egg white and my cake didn’t rise. I guess I messed up on the baking bc I didn’t used hot water and I put water before the pan. While baking, my pan was floating. It turned out great and tasted like a sponge cake. Next time I’m going to follow the instructions to the T.

오늘 만들어 먹었는데 진짜 입에서 그냥 사르르 녹아요ㅠㅠ 진짜 맛있어요!!! 160도에 10분, 150도 60분, 140도 10분해서 총 80분 구웠네요 제가 좀 더 좁고 높은 틀에 했거든요! 광파라 윗불이 강했는지 윗면이 터져버리긴 했지만 그래도 너무 맛있게 됐어요!!! 이거는 다른 카스테라처럼 며칠 숙성할 필요 없을것 같아서 따뜻할때 한 조각 잘라서 가족들 줬더니 맛있다고 그 자리에서 남은 카스테라 다 순삭됐어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 근데 혹시 이 레시피도 숙성 시키는게 좀 더 좋았을까요?
대만카스테라 파는것도 따뜻할때 먹는게 더 맛있더라구요 이것도 따뜻할때 먹는게 더 맛있는것 같아요! 숙성하는 주된 이유가 수분이 골고루 퍼지면서 촉촉하라고 하는것인데 이건 충분히 촉촉해서요!^^

did you maybe open the oven to check on the cake before it was ready? that can sometimes make this type of cake deflate. if not or you already knew that then nevermind and I wish you more luck next time :)

El sabor a huevo es normal por el método de preparación, necesita de muchos huevos para poder funcionar, por eso normalmente este método se usa más para tortas que se rellenan así no se siente el sabor a huevo (o al menos en mi país es así, no sé en otros 😅) te recomiendo acompañarlo con algo para que no se sienta tanto el huevo 😊

Si, se sobreentiende que acompañado de algún relleno y cubre va ser imperceptible el huevo...
Pero bueno la idea de no engordar tanto al tratar de darme un gustito era la parte central.
