Channie and SKZ and my mom recently have been a help but sometimes my mom can be defensive and not be open to a lot of the things I have to say. so any advice for an autistic person who has a parent who doesn’t quite get you?

Guys, bad mental health is easier to heal than it looks like. Just find yourself a purpose that you love to fulfill, take care of yourself and you will be good
Chan is the best therapist compared to my real therapist. I have a bad experience with my therapist, and now I'm traumatised to talk to any therapist because I am afraid that I have got judged by them :(
honey, i don’t know if you need my thoughts, but i had bad experience with the therapist once too, maybe not as bad as yours, but i would really like to tell you that it’s worth it trying again!!❤️after a few tries my last therapist helped me so much, it was really really worth it!!! i wish you big luck and maybe my words won’t be that helpful, but after therapy life became so much easier, i would never think in my depressed times that i could this happy😁 love you, even though i don’t even know you❤️❤️❤️ sorry for that sheet lmao
