I think the reason why Chan isn't getting much sleep is because he loves what he's doing so much like,producing music,writing lyrics,doing choreography,thinking of contents for Stays to watch out for. I think his mind is full of ideas or he can't stop thinking of ideas for new music and new content that he forgets he needs to sleep. Like he said"Who needs sleep?"when he can do so much when he is awake. I wish I could have this kind of drive too. The inspiration to keep going and pushing oneself for greater things. Christopher Bang is really something.
It's kinda unhealthy...ig Cuz according to scientists our brains aren't healthy enough and won't be able to focus on things properly but I don't see that problem with chan.
