She loved him so instead of freaking out and trying to save him, she kept shooting because he was moaning and twitching. It sounds like it’s her who hated him that much. Educated doesn’t mean intelligent… Are you? 🙊🙉🙈🐒💩🌏💩 George Orwell on 🌏: “Does NOT rest on reasoning or on experiment but on AUTHORITY” ‘As I Please’ “SOMEWHERE or other-I think it is in the preface to Saint Joan-Bernard Shaw remarks that we are more gullible and superstitious today than we were in the Middle Ages, and as an example of modern credulity he cites the widespread belief that the earth is round. The average man, says Shaw, can advance not a single reason for thinking that the earth is round. He merely swallows this theory because there is something about it that appeals to the twentieth-century mentality. Now, Shaw is exaggerating, but there is something in what he says, and the question is worth following up, for the sake of the light it throws on modern knowledge. Just why do we believe that the earth is round? I am not speaking of the few thousand astronomers, geographers and so forth who could give ocular proof, or have a theoretical knowledge of the proof, but of the ordinary newspaper-reading citizen, such as you or me. As for the Flat Earth theory, I believe I could refute it. If you stand by the seashore on a clear day, you can see the masts and funnels of invisible ships passing along the horizons. This phenomenon can only be explained by assuming that the earth’s surface is curved. But it does not follow that the earth is spherical. Imagine another theory called the Oval Earth theory, which claims that the earth is shaped like an egg. What can I say against it? Against the Oval Earth man, the first card I can play is the analogy of the sun and moon. The Oval Earth man promptly answers that I don’t know, by my own observation, that those bodies are spherical. I only know that they are round, and they may perfectly well be flat discs. I have no answer to that one. Besides, he goes on, what reason have I for thinking that the earth must be the same shape as the sun and moon? I can’t answer that one either. My second card is the earth’s shadow: when cast on the moon during eclipses, it appears to be the shadow of a round object. But how do I know, demands the Oval Earth man, that eclipses of the moon are caused by the shadow of the earth? The answer is that I don’t know, but have taken this piece of information blindly from newspaper articles and science booklets. Defeated in the minor exchanges, I now play my queen of trumps: the opinion of the experts. The Astronomer Royal, who ought to know, tells me that the earth is round. The Oval Earth man covers the queen with his king. Have I tested the Astronomer Royal’s statement, and would I even know a way of testing it? Here I bring out my ace. Yes, I do know one test. The astronomers can foretell eclipses, and this suggests that their opinions about the solar system are pretty sound. I am therefore justified in accepting their say-so about the shape of the earth. If the Oval Earth man answers-what I believe is true-that the ancient Egyptians, who thought the sun goes round the earth, could also predict eclipses, then bang goes my ace. I have only one card left: navigation. People can sail ships round the world, and reach the places they aim at, by calculations which assume that the earth is spherical. I believe that finishes the Oval Earth man, though even then he may possibly have some kind of counter. It will be seen that my reasons for thinking that the earth is round are rather precarious ones. Yet this is an exceptionally elementary piece of information. On most other questions I should have to fall back on the expert much earlier, and would be less able to test his pronouncements. And much the greater part of our knowledge is at this level. It does not rest on reasoning or on experiment, but on authority. And how can it be otherwise, when the range of knowledge is so vast that the expert himself is an ignoramous as soon as he strays away from his own speciality? Most people, if asked to prove that the earth is round, would not even bother to produce the rather weak arguments I have outlined above. They would start off by saying that ’everyone knows’ the earth to be round, and if pressed further, would become angry. In a way Shaw is right. This is a credulous age, and the burden of knowledge which we now have to carry is partly responsible.”

The first signs of crazy, people need to start walking away. Don't drag the situation by trying to spare someone's feelings, just rip the damn bandaid and file a restraining order.
@@brianjardine9184 But it's easier if you keep crazy at a distance or break it off sooner rather than later (hopefully before they get attached). I think that's what Shay meant. I second her advice. Run. The second you see this kind of obsessive/angry crazy. The earlier the better. Sometimes people can hide it or mask it for a while but usually there's some big red flags pretty early. Don't ignore them. That kind of crazy only breeds misery. If someone is lying about something serious in order to monopolize your time/attention or for sympathy (such as she did with her heart condition) - run away. Won't allow you privacy - run away. Won't leave when you ask or comes over after you say no regularly - run away. (Snooping in your things, any sign of stalking, destroying your relationship with friends/family, etc)
There’s no such thing as possessive love, because that’s not love. It’s possession, controlling and manipulation. You don’t do that to someone who you love.
These type of people always see themselves as the victim in any situation. Fortunately they are so self absorbed they lack insight into how a normal person thinks and behaves so people can usually see through their flimsy lies.
I've seen this interrogation and heard the case multiple times, but I still can't figure out where the hell this girl got all that audacity. "The nose job he wanted"

I thought you were just making a general comment in response to what the OP said.
She's like Jodi Arias level crazy! Both of them would show up unannounced and get into the residence, refusing to leave, dancing around in the interrogation room and singing! They both made false claims of abuse! The similarities are bizarre 🤯
What's even more crazy is that there are a small portion of people who adamantly believe these 2 are innocent and were not given a fair trial. That's alot of crazy out there!
Yup....Jodi Arias was diagnosed as having Borderline Personality Disorder And same story here Im afraid.......When the Poor Victim decides they have had enough and breaks up With them their unstable Emotions causes Dangerous Erractic decision-making End Result People can be Murdered , these Cluster B types are a dangerous bunch 😨
This case is like the “Trifecta of Craziness.” Shayna obviously has some deep issues of abandonment and attention seeking behaviors. I honestly feel she hooked up with the transgender person just for the media attention it would bring her. Everything was about HER!! When she talked it was “Me, me, me.” And yes, this case reminded me of the Jodi Arias case, except in the case of Jodi Arias, that crime scene and how many wounds she inflicted upon Travis spoke of extreme rage. Shayna just didn’t want to LOSE, and if she kills the guy, then NO ONE ELSE can have him. Same as Jodi.
I've lived in Kentucky all my life and this isn't far from where I live. She actually ended up getting a new trial a couple years ago and got a sentence of life without parole instead of her original 40 years (eligable for parole after 20) She just doesn't know when to stop and shut up!!
Someone started "beating" you, slammed you into furniture, threw you around the room and has a history of abusing you but you have zero injuries🤔 and you shoot him more after he's already down and no longer a threat but it's self defense......?
No way anyone in jail should be given the privilege of entering into a new marriage while incarcerated, it makes a complete mockery of the whole judicial system.

Killing someone and then constantly start talking about how that "impacts" your life. It's all "me, me, me and I, I, I ". No thoughts about the person killed, no thoughts went to his family or those that held him dear, no regret. If you kill someone in selfdefense, especially someone you alledgedly have feeling for, you will have mixed feelings. However she just tries to play the victim game, no scratch that, she has convinced herself she is the victim(like how she is being "retaliated" against) and has constructed her own version of reality because she's unable to face true reality.
She is the dumbest psychopath I have ever witnessed! She thought it was a good idea to claim self defense then talk for hours about how much she despised him and ended his life over pure jealousy. In the 911 call she told the operator she shot him again while he lay dying because he was convulsing! This bitch actually believed that would make her appear to have some semblance of humanity! She is definitely a rare breed of evil!
I don't care how great the acoustics are in that interrogation room, everyone's gonna see you as nuts if you start singing to yourself in that situation 🙄
I love that you do cases that I haven't heard of and the fact that you don't have a crap ton of ads. I don't mind like 2 or 3 but sometimes its too much. So thank you and you're doing a great job sir.
If I let UA-cam put ads on the videos there will be like 12, so I go in and place them myself. I generally do 2 for under 30 minutes and 3 for over 30 minutes.
"No one will want to marry me if they knew I killed my boyfriend in self-defense." That kind of reminds of something the comedian Christopher Titus said about his mother, "My mom killed her last husband. I say "last" because, after that, you don't get another one. It's a really tough personal ad to answer. "Wanted: Loving, caring man who can take a bullet.""
I am in no way trying to blame the victim here. But by the time she was sending him hundreds of messages a day, why was he still responding, even just once? He was definitely more patient than I am. I HATE this girl.
@@margaret6839 Eh I get why he did. Thank god I haven't been in that extreme of a situation, but yeah sometimes you just want it to stop lol. Plus just listen to this girl, I'm sure she had a way of getting under his skin and getting him to engage
@@margaret6839 When you block a person like that you're really setting yourself up for a dangerous situation. You give them enough so that you can claim plausible deniability, and that's way better than having someone show up outside of your house at an odd hour demanding that you should "JUST TALK TO ME, WE NEED TO TALK RIGHT NOW." It's damage control and I don't blame him one bit. Evidence shows that the moment she thought that he was slipping out of her grasp, by going on a date, she killed him.
Paula Simone Now, that'll be a definite step for insanity defense. All joking aside, you're absolutely right. The same as Jodi Arias... THEY are the ones who stalks and yet THEY are the ones who claim abuse... oof, the world is scary. Once the victims die, the killers spin any tale that they want
I don't understand how a juror can get away with lying about a felony. Apparently they don't even do a basic background check on jurors even with stakes that high? Seems negligent.
Quite a beautiful voice for someone with such ugliness in their heart. I am so over these people whose egos and insecurities are much bigger than their empathy and reason...
I don’t think I’ve ever laughed at a 911 call, but that one had me LMMFAO. “I shot him and he kept twitching so I shot him two more times because he was going to die anyway and I wanted to make sure he was dead.” WTF??! 🤦♂️🤣
ikr? I think if someone gets shot, theyre gonna stop whatever theyre doing. If she actually cared about him and actually was in self defense wouldnt she shoot him in the leg or arm or foot? Not shoot to kill, especially two additional shots for execution. Obviously I know this wasnt actually a self defense case....
"Refusing to leave" is your first sign that the person needs to be what I call "meaningfully dealt with." More than just speaking to them. Whatever form that takes. You've reached it when they show up and won't leave. That's a person who's putting "beating" you above their own well being. That's not admirable. that's pathological.

George Orwell on 🌏:
“Does NOT rest on reasoning or on experiment but on AUTHORITY”
‘As I Please’
“SOMEWHERE or other-I think it is in the preface to Saint Joan-Bernard Shaw remarks that we are more gullible and superstitious today than we were in the Middle Ages, and as an example of modern credulity he cites the widespread belief that the earth is round.

The eyes and smile just screams " if you leave me, you'll be sorry"
I’ve grown up in northern Kentucky and lived here my entire life. It’s so wild to know every location mentioned in this episode.
I'm surprised she didn't have some "Survivor" T-shirts to show the jury like Jodi Arias did when she feigned being a survivor of domestic abuse.
This chick is definitely missing the burger, fries & toy in her "Happy Meal" All she's got is the box!! 🧐🤯😳😳 Mannnn, it's like she completely copied Jodi Arias word for word, almost! She could definitely get a "crazy" check from the government... I can't believe folks like her exist. It stuns me... That she actually believes the shit she's trying to spin.
That’s pretty funny. I’m using this in the future.
@Stevie Woo Don't get me wrong, I have people in my family who receives benefits bc of their mental stability. That part wasn't me being funny... She's definitely displaying some kind of mental illness.
Been binging for two days now and just wanted to say that the PSA's at the end is awesomeness. Nice touch.
Dude I appreciate what you do I really like your videos. Not to be negative I have to say though your commentary sometimes is distracting. It’s easy to Monday morning quarterback. The sarcasm comes across as weak. That being said thank you I enjoy your work
