These people that do stuff like this they're human beings some are very broken some aren't at all and I can do that one day too, because I know I can do that too I will never do that. Pretty textbook stuff for a violent partner. He also had to be creative because she didn't live with him.
Just over a year ago I was assaulted to my face with a sledgehammer by my ex's flatmate/employee/latest drinking buddy. I was arrested with a concussion and refused medical assistance for 3 hours. The police have literally lied to cover for the white guy that assaulted me. My ex continued to live with him/work with him for more than six months. My ex continues to beg for me back, threaten suicide, etc. He sent me another email from a new account this afternoon 🙄 He just sends songs now. He scares the shit out of me. The worst is thinking you had done it, you kept your child from killing themselves through sheer stupidity (if you have had a baby you know what I mean) and now you can sit back and enjoy helping them become an actual human being and THAT'S when you lose the game. I'm not sure why but that's so scary to me. My daughter is 6 and I'm starting to feel that "I did it!" relief/elation, so maybe that's why this story hit me so hard. I think he was gonna kidnap her then. When he was dressed in black and attempted to get into her house. He already had the gun. He hid his face and tried to get inside. It just happened that she called him to save her.

She was afraid to tell anyone because she didn’t want to cause drama and he was well liked with this crazy backstory of growing up in a cult and being abused, escaping and working as a prostitute before coming to our city and living in a hostel for LGBTQA youth. He got arrested for trespassing at a church and we found out not only is he not gay, he was older than he told people and had been a working actor in NYC who disappeared from his home 2 years previously. There was a massive search for him. It was still ongoing with posters going around online. The police in our city had been looking for him here and never found him. What a nutcase.

@Kobe Bryant this is what happens when men and boys can not deal with complex emotions
Male and female children are raised very different from birth.
      1) female children are given dolls and plushies from the day they are born, molding them from birth for their position in life, as care giver and mothers. They are taught to own their emotions and are given every opportunity to express them.
      2) male children are let to their own devices - given hammers and guns, we nurture their destructive sides, increasing their level of violence....boys are never allowed to own their emotions, they are told "big boys don't cry" called sissy, faggot, queer and many other insults if they show any emotion of any kind....
      3) because female children recieve 18-20 years of structure and direction since birth, taking their position is easier and they have the skills to own their feelings, emotions and the words to express them, which validates their feelings
      4) when boys grow into men society expects that they should magically be able to rise to manhood without any help to get their that girls recieve...
Please do not misunderstand- what i am saying is this is not the fault of men as much as it is society...if we are ever to deal with the way these men behave towards their partners we need to change the way we raise our sons.

    • @c.a.greene8395
      @c.a.greene8395 3 роки тому +2

@Kobe Bryant you have it backwards.
If the fathers had stuck around or not makes little difference to whether boys will grow into men who can deal with and handle complex emotions when they arise.
It is the lack of compassion from the adults who raise them - both men and women are guilty of this, but men can be twice as harsh on their crying sons than women. Not because they are mean or evil but because they were never given the tools themselves to deal with complex emotions and seeing their sons crying or in emotional distress brings up many mixed emotions for the father, and so he too is guilty of doing exactly what was done to him in his youth, belittling his son for crying.
I do agree that most children are raised by women 99% of the time even when fathers reside inside the household, and so when I see a man who is unable to deal with his emotions, I do not blame him, but the woman who raised him, for it was her job to teach him how to deal with complex emotions and to own his feelings through words of ownership in order that they may be validated.
The reason for society to trains its daughters and not its sons is because long ago the ruling class, which was all men, believed women needed to brainwashed into their role in society, a kind of social conditioning from birth to marry, have kids and stay home, so when the time came to be wed we were less likely to balk at the idea and rebel. We never did this to our sons because men wanted their male children to be free to make their own choices, women were not free and were always property.
So you see how the social conditioning of females from birth has backfired onn men? Now that we are out of the dark ages we need to correct this backward way of thinking and give young men the tools they need to deal with emotions in the real world or suffer the consequences

If I try to put myself in his mind, he’d been failing with his prior fear tactics. It’s logical he might have thought they were too subtle.
He could have feared two shots far from where she layed, could have been perceived as random stray
Bullets. So could a single shot close to her.
If the goal is to have her think someone is trying to kill her, multiple shots tightly grouped, very near her, looks the most intentional. Thus, instilling the desired fear.
I’m not sure why you consider his distancing language evidence of intentional guilt. That language makes sense because he did kill her in a terrible way, even if unintentionally.

Theyre saying that distancing isn't unique to liars. It's just commonplace in this type of video. Distancing is exactly what's it's called, distancing yourself from the event. This COULD be a liar trying to get away with murder. But it COULD be a stupid kid who did a terrible thing an wants to push away unintentionally killing someone.
This doesn't make it any less his fault and punishable. Shooting a gun near the person you loves head is evil, whether you mean to kill, or just a means to control. It's just this is a discussion on how far his intent went.

I highly, highly praise those young men for contacting the police and doing the right thing. This is EXACTLY what needs to happen in EVERY murder.
To hear Emma's father speak about how he's never going to see her graduate high school, go to college, fall in love, get married to the man she truly loves, have children of her own, never hearing her voice again, and holidays, vacations and what have you will never be the same, made me tear up.
He was possessive, obsessive, manipulative, conniving and selfish. The ONLY thing that I disagree with the prosecution is the reference to Call Of Duty. There's a HUGE difference between video games and real life. However, he SHOULD'VE known that a bullet could pierce walls. That's common knowledge, even IF it's in some video game.
He KNEW the layout of Emma's home, which includes her bedroom; so, this "defense" tactic of saying that he didn't know that she would be hit by a bullet is a HUGE lie, and a HUGE mistake of TRYING to convince the jury, that some just might be weapon owners themselves, was a HUGE mistake. After what he had done, he's exactly where he needs to be.

This type of personality is always obsessed with people, not because they are so attached to it, but because they absolutely cannot stand to lose anything. They want to control, dispose of, and ultimately destroy. Nothing should survive them. “All good for them, all bad for others”. It is an extreme psychological defence process that is set up as a shield against severe childhood emotional abuse.
