    Thanks for this! I'm doing this in my room right now, so I can't do the explosive one! do you have any alternatives for an area with not a ton of space?

      Hey Noah, if you need to stay in one spot you could do squat jumps or speed squats.

      We have both equipment-based workout programs as well as bodyweight-only systems. So no matter what you have to work with, we have you covered 💪

      I would recommend putting them at the end of a warm-up if you're going to use them in a warm-up

    I’m do this 5 times a week I’m doing the 4 stretches and I’m doing 20 reps a leg and foot, I’m also wonder what’s in the package

    As always, I appreciate the knowledge. Quick question though... for the Skater lunge I tend to step over like an actual cross over. Is this wrong?

      Yeah, shouldn't be a problem if you've got a slider!
