What a fantastic job and result. The patient will feel more than a million dollars with that. Its exceptional work. Congratulations to the patient and as always well done Dr B.
At 1:44 the scars are really visible. Is this depending on skin texture and skin colour? Because my scars aren‘t that visible. I had a HT also with 3200 grafts, but my skin is a little darker. I think the punches are not bigger than 0.8 mm, right?
If you shave to under 1mm then you can expect to see signs of surgery. I had 8400 FUE and shave to 1mm with no signs and my case was on forums from 2009 and no signs on beard either and my surgery spans since 2006. If a patient wants no sign at under 1mm then best not to have surgery as people will also heal differently. What length is your hair..feel free to email me the photos at this faded length ..stephen@bhrclinic.com so I can see what you are saying but I would be surprised if you shave to under 1mm you have no sign..feel free to email me what you are saying.
@@bhrclinic Now that you answered good night. I already did a hair transplant in Greece with 2500 FUE and I’m really really satisfied. My hair is super dense and thick
@@venomsnake1779 Wonderful...please share your case to help others..I am sure it would be great for people researching...very happy for you and take care!
Hair line has several zones so the first few mms can be 60 FU per cm2, for the first few rows and then this can drop to 40 or so with then2s and higher groups as you go backwards. Density is only part of the outcome with calibre and hair to skin contrast.
@@Davidbalassa We don't design for cm2 per se, we design for what would look good and taking into account all of the factors mentioned. So what will work for one will not be the same of another so I can only give you an approximate and your hair type and native density, contrast etc can be very different to this and need a different approach. We advise patients to not get too fixated on density when it is only one factor in the overall result and as the doctor sees the patient he will know the recipient sites needed. Calibre and all make huge differences so people need to really see the larger picture and not only one dimension for a great outcome and hence we do not need to measure as we go. If the patient wants to come back to Brussels after for readings throughout then he is welcome to but there is no point for him to since he is happy and for him it would not really benefit him to come so far for this.
Not sure what this is referring to but if you see 2.14 compared to 0.14 you see the transformation so far at 10.5 months. The hair will take time to cycle and relax but there is no question of the growth coming in. We do not place at native hair density of the patients donor would be exhausted, so it is a skill to place at lower than native to give the illusion of fullness. We are not about not seeing skin, because even on the patient donor you see it, so it is not a crash helmet approach as such.

@bhrclinic how much grafts cm2 on hairline?
How grafts cm2 on hairline is used please @

@bhrclinic how much work will Dr bisanga do in the surgery? Or does he just plan it?
