This video just astounds me. Congratulations to Wandong Live Steamers for the almost unbelievable development of your railway. A great mate of mine was a foundation member of this club. I was with him the day the site was being surveyed and right through the laying of tracks, the arrival of the guard's van clubhouse, the building of the viaducts, which opened up the railway to the former quarry across the creek, and completed the circuit, etc. I have ridden this circuit many, many times with my video camera, and walked it, photographing the passing trains. I was, though, a tad disappointed that this video didn't include the viaducts or the crossing loop in the quarry. It is otherwise a terrific record of a busy day. Many thanks.
