tbf the AK47 is still the most versatile firearm that the whole whole world loves for good reasons
Firearms are very egalitarian. One of my favorite rifles is an Indian rebuild/retool? of a British rifle. Two of my favorite handguns were designed in Belgium. My favorite shotgun is designed by a Swedish family that emigrated to the US.
I don't really care where it's from, if it's good, it's good.

Absolutely. People not knowing and not properly respecting their firearms is a huge problem. I've grown up around guns, shooting them, cleaning them, taking them apart. And you definitely respect it more and become a more safe but effective shooter from it.

It's also based off of the German Sturmgewehr 44 which technically makes it a bastard child of Eastern European nations lmao.

For the record, we pronounce "Salmon" as "Sam-en". You don't say the "L" in Salmon. Idk why, but I pronounce the "on" in "Salmon" as "en" like in the word "men" or "ten". Hearing otherwise sounds strange to me.

I'm from Narthern California, and happen to belong to a native american tribe that has lived on the pacific northwest coast, with salmon as a diet staple, for the past 12,000 years according to at least one geocronological survey performed at a ceremonial campsite. But even on our reservation we have some pretty basic west coastal accents and everyone ik just says "sammin"
