Dips are literally the worse workout you can do for your body. Dips will injure you more than they will benefit. I stopped doing them, and it literally has made no difference LOL. Dips are for prisoners that have no weights in prison.......

    • @cordellhicks4871

crimescene25 I don’t know about that chief. If you do them wrong then yes they could be detrimental to your training but that goes for every other exercise. Good mornings and behind the neck military press are probably the worst exercises for your body and if you are seriously comparing them to dips then you got some books to hit lol. You just have to make sure you’re hinging and that your torso is in front over your hands. From my personal experience dips have really helped develop my lower pectoral and have had no workout injuries so something tells me you weren’t doing your dips correctly.

@@cordellhicks4871 I never injured anything, i just stopped doing them because countless literature that i've read stating they willl fck you up. I'm also not about to take any workout advice from some blank avatar troll account on youtube.....If you actually for real worked out youd have some kind of evidence/be proud of your goals which i see zero of...

A lot more schools should get weightlifting teams, because a lot of times it’s a great way to get the kids who are a bit bigger or don’t like to run on a team and excising.
