If rolling 1 and still criting that we call (leans in) Pathfinder 2e stages of success. If ppl wonder: in dnd or roll 1 it’s fail, if roll 20 it’s success. That’s it. Pathfinder 2e if roll 1 irs fail, but if have Your modifier (say +15) add into that one it’s now 16 and if target number is 14 then from crit fail irs norm fail. So you can still do something be damage or roleplay wise that won’t punish you that hard.

@charlenetweaver2557 From someone that has finished LN 14, [Slight Spolier] He's not a revenant, but the growth that him and priestess have made as characters throughout this series is what keeps me reading. Believe it or not, GS is starting to act more human. From the last LN I've read when it the official translation came out in the west, he actually said a joke and laughed out loud in front of everyone in the closing chapters of LN 13 or 14. Another thing is that he has also started to take quest not related to goblins. IIRC, LN 14 is centered around an adventure he had always dreamed of going on (pre goblin shenanigans). His relationship to Cow Girl is also nice to see in the moments between all the adventures. Priestess's growth has also impressed me. I thought she would be the typical useless female main cast character. She's learned from all of her experiences and studying up until that point, and actually applies it in real time, under pressure, during her adventures with GS and the squad. Everyone else in the team also respects her input, so she feels more like an equal than a hinderance. TLDR: If you're on LN 11 and still haven't lost interest, you'll definitely like the next few.

This opening does reflect what goblins do and why goblin slayer hates them with all his soul, perfect. The appearance of the samurai with his eye shining just like the goblin slayer is incredible🤯
What makes it better is I believe GS's left eye glows red while the hero's right glows. Almost like they are the only two like this, whixh makes it even more special

As an overall product I do prefer the second opening. But those first 40 seconds of the first opening live rent-free in my head. I still haven't seen any other opening that would go that hard into the mood.

@@Deiki. Some aspects are better, some aren't. I'm glad that I didn't see any CG. That's a relief. But you can tell with the helmet frill and the eye flame that there's some animation downgrade. Overall though, I'd say it's better. We'll need a big action scene to really see though.

Hype for season 2 goblin slayers character development In the light novels is good too, he is opening up more and more and seems more human you can tell he cares for his team and wants to protect them in the current light novel.

Goblin Slayer's world is a boardgame to the Gods and Goblin Slayer refuses to let the Gods roll the dice thus controlling his fate which is where "I shall win your one sided game" comes from..."my pain does not exist to entertain" and in the end "we refuse to be entertainment" this gives me flashbacks to season 1 episode 7 wen Goblin Slayer's party nearly died in Watertown but Goblin Slayer refused to die and rose up to finish the Goblin Champion. This is why the Gods are fascinated by him bcuz they don't know his fate. Imagine playing a video game and this character is supposed to die but just keeps getting back up bcuz they refuse to suffer for your entertainment...Goblin Slayer is peak fiction and I'll debate this

Goblin Slayer's world is a boardgame to the Gods and Goblin Slayer refuses to let the Gods roll the dice thus controlling his fate which is where "I shall win your one sided game" comes from..."my pain does not exist to entertain" and in the end "we refuse to be entertainment" this gives me flashbacks to season 1 episode 7 wen Goblin Slayer's party nearly died in Watertown but Goblin Slayer refused to die and rose up to finish the Goblin Champion. This is why the Gods are fascinated by him bcuz they don't know his fate. Imagine playing a video game and this character is supposed to die but just keeps getting back up bcuz they refuse to suffer for your entertainment...Goblin Slayer is peak fiction and I'll debate this
And he doesn't want anyone to go through his trauma, nor suffer his sister's fate.
