It's not in the line, but between lines. With 3 poneglyphs you get 3 points, which get you an area. You navigate through all the places in that area and still find nothing. But ir doesnt make sense for it to be outside an area, maps don't work like that. No 3 combinations work either. Why do you need all four poneglyphs? How can one specific mountain in a continent remain in the Jurassic period? I think some Islands were always Islands, just like how we got such strange flora in Madagascar irl.
I believe that the “solid light” technology already exists in Egghead! They are those walls that from one side you can go through and suddenly it becomes solid. In my opinion what Vega Punk is trying to achieve is adding that technology to “moving light” (holograms) and the ability to turn the passthrough on and off, which would basically mimic a logia type devil fruit!

Saying he had already spent too much time there, or that he was there longer than intended. I'm starting to think now that Elbaph is a lie like one person suggested. I think it could parallel Dressrosa in that on the surface everything amazing and wonderful, but the longer you stay the harder it is to ignore what is really going on. I think that to maintain this peaceful utopia, the giants do things behind the scenes that are actually horrible and Loki is actually trying to do what Luffy would do and stop it. The beginning to the arc where they were in a fake world only to escape is Oda-sensei foreshadowing what's going to happen in the arc, like who ever lives at in the Astral level/top of the tree could be the ones running everything

After playing Black Myth: Wukong this year I read all of Journey to the West. In that novel the heavenly realm, which is where the Jade Palace is and where the gods live, passes through time more slowly. One day in the heavenly realm is one year on earth. I think this is a common feature of the heavenly realm in Chinese culture that isn't unique to Journey to the West. If Oda has taken inspiration from this then I could buy into the theory that not the whole island of Elbaph has time distortion. There is a heavenly realm near the top of the tree, maybe that's the only place where time is different.

I think reaching Laugh Tale will have something to do with going back to Reverse Mountain and successfully navigate it. I mean people use Reverse Mountain to enter the Grand Line but that's more getting sucked up and spit out. But only a top tear crew with the best ship with the power to reach the end of the Grand Line could hope to navigate Reverse Mountain well enough to not get kicked out back into the Grand Line and have a look around.

Time reacts differently the further you go up the tree. The reason why the ground floor is a graveyard of war is because that's how they keep Invaders out. The ground floor works the way that you are talking about. The fact that Luffy went down there for a little bit is going to have consequences later, beyond whatever he did. Do we even see the tree in any of mother carmel's backgrounds? Is it possible they were at the top? Also, knowing that this effect might exist, do not put it past the world government to have developed a countermeasure for it. If mother Carmel could live perpetually in a space where she could basically run her own shop pumping out graduates, then maybe they give her some Vegapunk grade drug.

I definitely think everything you're talking about matters. If it didn't, why would Oda include scientists who ask these questions and created technology revolving around this. Our world is very complex, we still dont understand our planet to the fullest let alone the universe and I think Oda takes this chance to give us his imagination around this which in turn creates an even better and more fun world in One Piece. It also expands our mind if we're willing to ask or explore these ideas. And I've come to learn that with One Piece, if you're interested in looking into any of this it makes reading or watching One Piece even better. Not only are you getting useful and interesting information but you appreciate his story telling even more now that you some what understand his mind set and imagination around these theories or questions

I think Elbaf is “Big Garden”. So what we see in Little Garden? Two friends fighting for nothing. War is also meaningless and Elbaf is called Land of War. So I believe the warning is all about that if you stay for too long you end up participating in meaningless fight/war and because you need to take sides you fight against your friends. Luffy already made shady deal with Loki putting him against his crew - a meaningless fight/conflict.

Almost any competent writer can create an idiot character, but only a genius writer can craft a convincing genius character. Of all the convincingly genius characters and ideas in One Piece, it only speaks more towards Oda himself being a genius of some sort.

I'm starting to think now that Elbaph is a lie like one person suggested. I think it could parallel Dressrosa in that on the surface everything amazing and wonderful, but the longer you stay the harder it is to ignore what is really going on. I think that to maintain this peaceful utopia, the giants do things behind the scenes that are actually horrible and Loki is actually trying to do what Luffy would do and stop it. The beginning to the arc where they were in a fake world only to escape is Oda-sensei foreshadowing what's going to happen in the arc, like who ever lives at in the Astral level/top of the tree could be the ones running everything
i remember a movie with odysseus and he and his crew stayed on a island where they stayed there for 10 days and learned later that each day one year passed for the rest of the world

It makes even more sense to me that the sun stone painters are actually prisms since we’re talking about light and color spectrums. I think it’d be cool if the way Oda reintroduces the slow slow particles is by explaining that once light passes through sun stone painters, it filters out slow slow particles as indicated by its purple color to slow down particles in order to create solid light constructs like rainbows

After playing Black Myth: Wukong this year I read all of Journey to the West. In that novel the heavenly realm, which is where the Jade Palace is and where the gods live, passes through time more slowly. One day in the heavenly realm is one year on earth. I think this is a common feature of the heavenly realm in Chinese culture that isn't unique to Journey to the West. If Oda has taken inspiration from this then I could buy into the theory that not the whole island of Elbaph has time distortion. There is a heavenly realm near the top of the tree, maybe that's the only place where time is different.

I think reaching Laugh Tale will have something to do with going back to Reverse Mountain and successfully navigate it. I mean people use Reverse Mountain to enter the Grand Line but that's more getting sucked up and spit out. But only a top tear crew with the best ship with the power to reach the end of the Grand Line could hope to navigate Reverse Mountain well enough to not get kicked out back into the Grand Line and have a look around.

I do not believe giants wouldn't have notice a time capsule effect on their island (especially for those that have travel out of and then back to elbaf), and if its common knowledge for them I don't see Hajrudin and company keeping this knowledge from the strawhats, wouldn't make any sense.
Could this mean that laughtale is an invisible island quite literally and can only be seen when light refracts from the sun in a unique way? Or maybe the sea is concealing its vision from those who look on the sea floor?

Time reacts differently the further you go up the tree. The reason why the ground floor is a graveyard of war is because that's how they keep Invaders out. The ground floor works the way that you are talking about. The fact that Luffy went down there for a little bit is going to have consequences later, beyond whatever he did.
Do we even see the tree in any of mother carmel's backgrounds? Is it possible they were at the top?
Also, knowing that this effect might exist, do not put it past the world government to have developed a countermeasure for it. If mother Carmel could live perpetually in a space where she could basically run her own shop pumping out graduates, then maybe they give her some Vegapunk grade drug.
The first time we see the tree is in the Mother Carmel flashback.

Since u need the 4 lode poneglpyhs to coordinate laughtale's location, Laughtale has to be:
1.Somewhere anyone can access
2 Somewhere not in plain sight
3.Something that must be interacted with to be revealed
It might be the same technology to that of Vegapunk when he hid Emet in the junkyard behind a cloaked false wall(and when half the crew first entered VPs lab). Technically it would have to be superior technology to VP for no one to accidentally stumble onto Laughtale by now or something or someone on Laughtale consciously choosing who enters and who doesnt so the false wall can be malleable from becoming light or solid mass

So, if i remember correctly, the Higgs Boson and Higgs field was theorized (then later shown through experiments) to solve a symmetry problem in the Standard model and account for some unexplained mass. It is not the source, per say, of mass. Most mass exists in the form of energy from gluons in the nuclues whose forces do not exert much influence beyond the tiny spaces of the nucleus.

When i read the warning, my mind went to the story of the lotus eaters in the odyssey. The ones who ate the lotus stoped caring about their past lifes or their mission but just wanted to stay at the land of lotus eaters.
For the time dilation to work on Elbaph, a simple explanation could be, the Adam Tree being a source of strong gravity. The weaker Strawhats haven't shown any sign of crumbling under their own weight or anything though
I've been wondering why Oda kept emphasizing the Seraphim still being incomplete when logically the story would not have the time for them to actually grow up before the final battle, and why did he create the plot point of Blackbeard wanting to establish his own country when there's no time for him to rule one even if he technically succeeded. Things like this make me wanna believe in the time theory

I definitely think everything you're talking about matters. If it didn't, why would Oda include scientists who ask these questions and created technology revolving around this. Our world is very complex, we still dont understand our planet to the fullest let alone the universe and I think Oda takes this chance to give us his imagination around this which in turn creates an even better and more fun world in One Piece. It also expands our mind if we're willing to ask or explore these ideas. And I've come to learn that with One Piece, if you're interested in looking into any of this it makes reading or watching One Piece even better. Not only are you getting useful and interesting information but you appreciate his story telling even more now that you some what understand his mind set and imagination around these theories or questions

The time moves slower in Elbaf makes no sense to me, cause if that's true, a lot of Giants walking around would've been in the Void Century, destroying the mystery of the Void Century all together o.o
That got me thinking of what if the slow slow fruit was awakened and they used it on little guarding that's why it takes a year for the post to reset and why everything on the island seems to have slow down in time. That's just me letting my imagination run loose lol.

loki gets mad once he finds out that it's not the fruit he thought it would be
notice how loki is always smiling? only as a silhouette we see him not smiling when his proposal is rejected (that happens before the murder)
shanks could indirectly and knowingly have given loki a smile fruit
if true that could be one of the most evil moves you could imagine from a character you would never expect this from
(though I strongly doubt this is the laugh tale roger was laughing in tears about - there's likely a bigger scheme on the cycle of rebirth and what the dawn actually looks like: could be a goofy dream world straight from the silly mind of nika - in this case luffy)loki was striving to become joyboy, but once shanks learned that he would do whatever he needs to do to achieve that (including killing his father)
he turned it on him and made him the "joyboy" he truly saw in him - a psychopath like joker in nolan's the dark knight
maybe shanks betrayal was what finally turned loki into the doombringer he turned out to be - not devil fruit powers, but his natural power no longer being restrained by sanity (as in loki was destined to do that)

if shanks knew loki would eat it because of future sight then either he knew it with luffy as well or he didn't which could be a sign of a fate that he cannot change (as in luffy was destined to do that)
remember loki seems to have no idea that luffy ate that very fruit at this point in time - so he doesn't hate him - he primarily hates shanks (no wonder)
now imagine what would happen if luffy learned all that from shanks

now imagine both learn the whole truth at the same time as a remnant of the last time shanks visited loki on elbaph
that's some pretty bonkers kickoff for loki going on a doomsday rage
combine that scenario with the next winter solstice and imagine luffy having fasted for 7 days and going on a rampage himself
loki could be able to abet luffy into destroying elbaph (which could in turn be connected to destroying fishman island according to prophecy)
since crucification was so prominently mentioned as a punishment for loki - the same punishment would likely be picked for luffy
now we come full circle as luffy is crucified literally for the sins of others (yes luffy is jesus)
he gets killed and awakens three days later once again through the power of the gomu gomu no mi (likely on the final days of fasting)
this could be the reason why this fruit is more powerful than any other - once it awakens, it resurrects the bearer until dawn has come
after resurrection luffy ends his rampage and we get to see the true sun god being praised on the actual winter solstice
this marks the beginning of the dawn for the whole world

usually they fast for 12 days, but on the 7th day linlin went on a rampage. makes me wonder how luffy would handle fasting this long.
before the fasting began there was a banquet at which they thanked the sun for the birth of loki, goldberg and road.
no idea how long a giant pregnancy takes, but since winter solstice is celebrated every year I assume procreation happened shortly after the previous winter solstice.

I think Elbaf is “Big Garden”. So what we see in Little Garden? Two friends fighting for nothing. War is also meaningless and Elbaf is called Land of War. So I believe the warning is all about that if you stay for too long you end up participating in meaningless fight/war and because you need to take sides you fight against your friends. Luffy already made shady deal with Loki putting him against his crew - a meaningless fight/conflict.
