I don’t think we’re getting a season 2, which is incredibly disappointing because I think they could really explore some very dark storylines with Jake, juxtaposing that with our lovable Steven and practical Marc, but I hope that he at least pops up in other places because Oscar is way too good to not get to explore these characters further.
Second season has been teased despite the limited series contract; Given that Jake was simply introduced instead of given the last scene with a sense of finality. Disney/Marvel called the episode the “season finale” instead of “series finale” Here’s to hoping!
