just don’t rush like them and focus on details this person is doing good for a company production yes but as you watch her you can see she doesn’t care about her detail work like someone who would make a cake for their family or friends she throws sprinkles on it my mom would never throw a sprinkle on a cake nor would i😂 just love your cake as you make it and the cake will reward your love

Someone asked a similar question on a nail video except it was about glitter getting spilled. The manicurist said that the client is paying for the spilled glitter as nobody has time to be picking up glitter. I presume its the same with sprinkles

Why are all the cakes crooked and to much buttercream on them and your station is suppose to be clean at all times, even I know that working in a kitchen 😮

I cringe when I watch this video, I couldn't even watch the hole video. As a home baker, we all have our ways of doing cakes, but some of those cakes was leaning and not striaght and girl why so much icing? Freeze, crumb coat,freeze, finish with a thin layer of butter cream frosting and finsih decorating and place in fridge. She doing this the lazy way. 😮
your own way of doing things and amount of frosting you use is preference, not cake decorating laws. plenty of decorators, myself included, do not crumb coat and they always come out perfectly. needing to follow a rigid guideline to prevent yourself from messing it up is not a sign of skill
