when i tripped on acid it felt like i was forced to confront my own insecurities about myself and while this was very uncomfortable i pushed through and deemed that insecurities are pointless and thus only exist to myself so i relinquished them and i haven't turned back since.
this I can relate to. I've never had these wild hallucinations people keep talking about. It doesn't generate stuff for me, it only alters. Like patters that naturally exist in textures are exaggerated and extrapolated from there, heavy use of the liquify tool from photoshop. it kind of removes filters (as in "I can't do X"-feelings) but not actually remove them, it removes you from them, putting you in a position where you can look at them from the outside as you described.
@@shivashakti991 I sure wish I wasn't at the mercy of people I have never met and could instead buy it in a specialized shop. Isn't prohibition just awesome...
shanon smith this men gets it! The comments are either subjective experiences that differ from person to person or are totally misinformed. Either way, pay no attention to them, do it yourself if you are truly interested.
My first time on lsd I was super happy but relaxed and I realized that judging other people was pointless because we’re all just living life and it got rid of my habit of judging others 🤟🏻
It’s interesting because we’ve been told that multiple times in our lives but then when you trip you’ll think of that someone and you fully get it. I think psychodelic also just make you connected to humanity
I can recommend you to where I get my stuff he's got Shrooms, psychedelics, Microdose, Dmt, Vape Pens, Carts, and other products well refined too, ships to anywhere also guides you if you're a newbie
+Matt Brady i've had depressing periodes of my life, and it's been a battle for a couple of years. i've done LSD and MDMA (in small doses, 50-80ugm LSD and 75-100mg MDMA) in the same way the psychiatrists did their sessions. 3 personal psychotherapy sessions (over 4 weeks) ,5 weeks later and i still feel happy. Every day, without the mood swings. My migrene is also a lot weaker, not sure if it's gone, but i've not had it after my first experiment. It's really weird, but it's like my brain got tuned back to before the depression started. I've also reflected a lot on life and feel like i finaly can see and feel happiness in the world again. My mind also feels like it's thinking clearer than before. LSD is however a serious and extremly powerful drug that should not be underestimated.
+Matt Brady yeeeeeeessss I knew I wasn't the only one!! Taking LSD was hands down one of the best decisions of my life.... and im a literal "smoke weed everyday" stoner
i took a gel tab a couple weeks ago, which supposedly contained 300ug's but i don't think that was the case. The effects were not like i expected. i didn't really see much hallucinations, the extent of my hallucinations were every color seemed a bit "warmer and vibrant" for lack of better words. and i had lots of tracers, but they weren't very prominent. i was also laughing hysterically and my body felt like......super great, again for a lack of better words, because the physical sensation is just indescribable. Contrary to my expectations most of the effects that i felt were not visual and to be honest i was kinda dissapointed. But overall the trip was the best feeling of my life, I ended up watching videos that i would not have any interest in while sober.... like a 42 minute TED Talk lol. The come up anxiety was crazy though. Before i dropped the tab i was feeling *super* anxious, and i felt nauseous to the point of puking, about 30 minutes after dropping it but the feeling subsided rather quickly as the real effects started kicking in. The friend that i was with was very very VERY entertaining while i was tripping balls, we went to a cemetery that i had never been too before and i felt like i could feel the spirit's of the people in the ground... Overall i would say that although it did not live up to my expectations of intense visual hallucinations it was still the funnest night of my life. BTW i enjoyed reading what u wrote :)
Barney the 100% not pedophile that was NOT 300ug of Acid then. Most gel tabs in America (if you got it here) are boof, nbome bullshit. Test your drugs always. 300ug of Acid would blow your mind with the visuals. Simply 150ug is enough to understand how powerful the drug is. But overall I’m glad you are okay and well today. Stay safe n happy tripping
@@JakeG-h5y I've taken 120-150ug about 10-15 times then I had the stupid idea that I might be ready for a bigger dose, 300ug. Just saying, never taking above 200ug again. 300ug is like 1 liter vodka in alcohol comparison, you didn't take 300ug it was probably boof or 100ug TOPS
+bibbly bobbly Have you ever eaten bread? Ever eaten meat? put it together for sandwich. Have you ever seen walls breath? have you ever had your entire POV transform into a rainbow?
***** Precisely what bibbly bobbly said. We are not talking about the objectively quantifiable chemicals released in the brain, we are talking about one's own subjective experience, not to mention the fact that simply saying that knowledge of meat + knowledge of bread = knowledge of sandwich, when there are various interactions going on between each ingredient (i.e. juices from the meat getting soaked up by the bread, making the bread taste different, thereby making knowledge of how each ingredient tastes not an accurate depiction of the whole sandwich).
I watched all sorts of videos before taking it to get an idea of what it'd be like. None of their explanations came even close to what I experienced, but I was very satisfied nonetheless.

Barney Smokes Weed it probably wasn’t 300ugs than, maybe 150? I find that i don’t really get the exaggerated extreme visuals but tracers and such yes. For me, I didn’t start to get any face morphing or visuals smudging into each other until I would take 275ugs.
@barbarakrimbel8488it's usually illegal, but you CAN buy a grow box where you can grow your own. They also grow in the wild, and you could learn how to identify them. There are also lad deviarates that are legal. P1LSD for instance.
Dude I lost all touch with reality, I talked myself through a bad trip, I’m glad I’m smart enough to not kill myself even when time and personality didn’t exist to me and everything was just chaos
regerbryan did you also have a lot of anxiety and loss of a reality and identity of yourself the next day? And also confused about how the world is runned/how it was created/how powerful it is. If so how long did it last? Cause I’m currently going through that and it’s been a day.
At 4:49 you say "Synthetic LSD" but you put up a photo of the 25I-NBOMe Molecule. This is NOT LSD this is a completely different class of drug. LSD is an indole based molecule, while 25I-NBOMe contains no indole groups and is a 2C-I derivative.
"See and hear things that aren't there" is a bit of a misunderstanding. Psychedelics reveal what's underneath - the thoughts deep in your mind that you can't usually access.
Once you have tripped enough at low and high end doses, you realise life is the trip, and is just one big hallucinatory process of human senses. Really all comes down to our perception!
It's NOT that you see things that's not there... It's that you see everything that's there. Not only do you see in all light spectrums, you feel them, hear them, and best of all, You become them.
that may be stretching it ? I saw the queen mary crossing a lake in the sierras , while manuvering a raft across the lake, was finally convinced it was indeed a hallucination , when there were no ripples on the water
It’s actually a huge misconception that taking LSD produces “flashbacks”. The LSD does not stay in the body long enough for someone to have a flashback months later. I believe that people who claim to have experienced this are simply remembering how something looked while they were tripping and it manifested itself when they looked at it. This happens to me sometimes when I look at trees, but it’s just a figment of my imagination
right, but I've seen a heavy user who was severely affected for years after they ceased all drugs. he/she spoke of having flashbacks. I think the initial tripping was so intense that it scarred them psychologically.
Earl Brackett ^^ what he said. Hppd is the closest thing you’ll ever hear of being close to a flashback. Flashbacks are not real. Hppd however is. Hope they’re okay today
kingTrishh the government does, it's sold as a research chemical online and anyone can get they're hands on it with online cryptocurrency such as bitcoin
kingTrishh idiots will abuse it without following proper safety precautions. LSD is too intense and difficult for most people to handle, putting it into everyone's hands would be an unsafe idea. I think, personally, people should be required to take safety courses (online on a govt website or something) proving they know the safety issues that LSD can cause, like PTSD and long term changes in perception.
no, an astro physicists talking about space makes sense. if only because it is their area of expertise. meaning they are experts on the topic. this guy is more akin to a professional badminton player trying to paint the picture of what it feels like to dunk from the free throw line. (he has no clue*) i also never said it was a bad video. i watched the entire thing. the man is obviously charismatic and the quality of production was nothing to complain about. however, if you think that he has ever done acid in his life and his video was at all descriptive of an acid trip than you have it exactly backward. and don't worry... I'm "out of here". aha there is nothing for me here...
+Tonnis Kooi how would you know? haha, It's called an informative video, and anyone who is on screen is a presenter. Doesn't matter about their experience, they are just reporting facts. Why do you feel the need to be such a pessimist?
Psilocybin containing mushrooms save my life. The drastically reduced my benzodiazepine withdrawal allowing me to quite illicit pill addiction after three years of heavy daily use before it would had became medically dangerous to quit
The Trips I've been having have really helped me a lot,I finally feel in control of my emotions and my future and things that used to be mundane to me now seem incredible and full of nuance on top of that I'm way less driven by my ego and I have alot more empathy as well
Zouloum all LSD is synthetic. As to the origins of lysergic acid, Im not so sure. I sometimes wonder about what stable isotope analysis on drugs (similar to those performed on erythropoietin) would reveal.
+Zouloum It really bugs me the way people use the words "synthetic drugs" to make them apear to have negative connotations. Its absolutly ridiculous! Almost all "drugs" in existance are synthesized, from paracetamol to morphine, the rest may be extracted or a combination of the two.
+Zouloum All LSD-25 is synthetic synthesysted. However, there are other new drugs that are simular to LSD-25. Like LSZ, P1-LSD and other prodrugs to LSD-25. They are legal, got a slightly different molecule structure and we have no idea what side effects there come with them. In this video when he talks about fake LSD, i'm guessing he is reffering to 25i-NBOMe. Remember, if the blotter taste bitter, it's a spitter. LSD-25 got no taste or smell.
Some scientist made a study before it was banned on old people before they died and gave them LSD on their last day on earth. Sad study but nearly all enjoyed their experience and many scientists and psychologists use LSD to further their understanding and perspective on problems they are facing in the real world. Its a powerful thing and is very subjective to everyone's experiences. Sometimes it reveals the real you without your ego and without expectation and a lot of people can't stand to face it. It shows you what you NEED to see not what you WANT to see. If you've never done it how can you judge anything about it?
+Alexander Tran I would preffer mdma in last day of my life because on lsd i would trip ballllllllllllls like never before. On mdma i would just accept it and fall into nirvana with smile on my face;)
Well. The thign is, you ARE your ego. At least you are what your ego is made of. Thats why it feels like dieing (sometimes even dieing over and over again) if you have ego death. ^^ I agree of the remaining text.
One thing i noticed about lsd is checking the time after recovering from the loops. And you feel as if you've lost your memory as soon as you check the time, like 30mins have gone past in 2 seconds, or maybe the opposite and 1 min has felt like an eternity and it won't end. Depending on how you feel, where you take it and who you take it with makes all the difference on lsd. If you've ever been knocked out, and woke up from being knocked out, that is kinda what it feels like when time has gone past without you conscious of it. Bad trips can be sometimes good, good trips can be amazing. For the first time start small, and after you've gotten used to it you can have an amazing time, however lsd is quite unpredictable, bring a trip sitter. happy trips :) Edit: ynm mixed personalities and ksi down like that. These are some great songs for the peak.
The LOOPS! I've tried to explain to people they're on a loop, a repeating of the same thing for a period of time, while being locked deep in their own mind. And they don't get it. And unless you've tripped, you don't understand "looping"
Accidentally took too much a few months back and had a really terrifying experience where I thought I had died. Now I'm having panic attacks, flashbacks, and nightmares/trouble sleeping related to that experience. Be careful when doing this drug and make sure you're in a controlled environment and if you have a bad feeling about taking it, just don't do it because it's not worth the bad trip.
@@Charee123 im still the same the intrusive images bombard me every day of my life and the music i here i hate it its like a radio playing in my mind constantly its unbearable most days
It also depends on what head space you're in, if you're super depressed and unhappy it (lsd) can cause suicidal thoughts and a bad trip so whenever you do lsd double check your own mental status and the people you're gonna trip with and make sure its all a good fit for your trip, you can't underestimate the power of your brain
5 months ago I was so depressed I wanted to kill myself. I've been on three trips recently in different settings and I now feel so much better. Life isn't so flat now and I see that there is a way out of this black hole.
the first time I dropped was last year sometime in February and was in your exact position and it showed me everything of life and what its all about and I've been great ever since
My first time tripping, I took about three times the recommended beginners dose, and it sure as hell did fix me up. Since then, I've definitely been a lot better of a person. A lot more considerate, for sure.
+z3r0 phr34k How a person can weather an LSD dosing or "ride it out" so to speak, is to stick with goodness and love, and never to act on any of the daydreams. The person should go home and rest up while ignoring the daydreams, sticking with complete non violence, kindness, and love for all people. :)
+Yung Tarantino for one LSD isn't addictive. Actually, I know a lot of people that never do LSD more than a few times just because they don't feel a need to. Also, with LSD, it's not a dependency on a drug to have fun or anything like that. It's actually not a dependency at all. A lot of people consider LSD a teacher. It makes you think about yourself and the world and see it all differently. It's completely different from a traditional recreational drug like weed, Coke, or alcohol
RyanBurke def . Could never . Ever . Abuse them . Or tbh do them for a while un til I’m confident in myself again , all about head state. I’ve taking 2xb and spent the entire night writing things too my sober self too get sober and I did ^.^
LSD is the most amazing drug I've ever used in my life. If I were God, I would drop a verse or two in the Bible for human to use it and make this world a better place to live. Hehehehehe there would be no war and everybody could live in peace.
Mr green mostly pharmaceutical ones. These illegal drugs actually heal people and expand minds. Exactly why they keep it illegal and why you are against them
Jade Williams i am bipolar and this makes me want to try lsd so bad. i can’t get it around here though. ive been going through a depressive episode for the past two weeks and the idea of a break or even feeling better is tempting
I've had severe eczema on my ears, like itchy scaly flakes, and I was astonished that after tripping they have almost completely cleared up, and I have tried everything recommended to me by doctors and dermatologists. Never would've guessed lsd was the cure
He had a trick that he used just before painting. He would sit, holding a key above a china plate, and allow himself to doze off. The key would drop from his hand and wake him when it hit the plate. Sleeping for a fraction of a second has an effect similar to a micro dose of shroom. Try it.
Biggest advantages of LSD? Loss of "ego"(an amazing experience!), Intense sensitivity to sounds/vibes, and Living in the moment only (giving a sense of time slowing down, or going faster, slower if you're nervous/bad trip, faster when you're flying with no turbulence! Deadhead on tour from late 88'-95'. Taken much! Feeling bad, nervous, scared? "If you get confused, listen to the music play", sung Jerry, before going into a solo that you'd follow like a map! Bad trip? Play music you love that's more technical, difficult. You'll hear new things, interest catches in, and your feeling better! If taken once, so you can make a video about the experience, you'll speek as the host of this video does.. Happy Trails!
Was on antidepressants for 15 years until exploring the psychedelic route. Now been off them for 3 years. My episodes of depression always led to suicide attempts at my lowest and I can now say that I no longer get that bad even through a pandemic of a year being almost completely alone. Psychedelics change your thought process and it changes the frequency of the mind which in turn brings opportunities and life changes which start building better life blocks. It may make you face your biggest fears just for you to realise you were overreacting over fearful. Also it opened me up to loving myself and loving others. So yes there is something about psychedelics which truly help with mental health issues.
@@koberburwa I wouldn't say bullshit the first time I took lsd i had a gun i just bought an luckily it was not loaded because I racked the bolt put it under my chin and pulled the trigger because I wanted to feel what it would be like to die.
I took it in my latter teen years, up till I was 21. I had flashbacks from acid till I was 28. I never had bad trips from it, but it caused problems for me later in life, like holding jobs down, and bouncing around mentally. It screwed up my communication skills to a degree, until it basically flushed out of my mind and body, then I finally felt “normal” which wasn’t until many years later. I did see some wild and very visual psychedelic visions when I took it.
i just felt really happy, and was laughing my ass off. i saw stuff moving like a church glass mural i was looking at was moving like a river but i didnt have many visuals. my body just felt amazing in an indescribable way
Literally, and when I saw this it freaked me out so much that I started panicking and went into negative thought loops. This happened last night. Today i feel very weird and not myself and full of anxiety about why we are on this earth and what’s our purpose. Left me with so many questions and I don’t feel myself. Hoping I’m going to recover soon.
I've had fantastic experiences on LSD and one bad one. And that's probably down to the stuff I got or the fact I wasn't in the right frame of mind to take it. If there's one thing I'll say about taking LSD it's make sure you're really sure you want to take it and you haven't got any negativity in you. Oh, and do it in nature, like on a beach or in a park.
I took half a tab yesterday and it was amazing to say the least. I felt so “connected” to nearly everything as if they were extension of my own self. Most things around me seem distorted but not in a manner that seemed “trippy” more like, that’s just how things look if that makes any sense. The feeling of being connected to everything that was “warping” made the slight hallucinations almost normal. I felt like a had a whole new sense. A huge downside for me was the uneasy feeling in my stomach, I can’t quite describe it as nausea but that’s really the only thing I can compare it to but I do believe that feeling mostly came just because I was aware I had taken LSD. Also my knee joints hurt pretty bad but after doing what I believed to be good stretches my knees felt fine.
Half tabs is the way to go. I’ve tested the waters with different dose’s throughout the years, but now I’ve settled on halfies (unless at a weekend long festival)
Every LSD experience is unique. The effects of the drug feed off your own thoughts and imagination, so the direction a particular trip can take depends on how you’re feeling, the stimuli in your environment, and the people you’re with.
I need to start tripping regularly, I just tripped yesterday for the first time in 4 months. It really does help with anxiety and depression and just life. I highly recommend it.
I find it amazing (awesome!) that nowadays we can talk publicly about psychedelics in a completely positive or neutral way... rather than the ''druggy'' negative image it had for years...
kaleidoscope imagery? That's such crock. For people planning on trying it, don't expect the "hollywood acid trip". Nothing like that, nature is much better and it isn't as CRAZY as you think.
ConcludedFever9 that happens man, not all the time. I did a yoga practice during a trip and I think the extra movement and breathe caused it but the world started to spin in on itself. Kaleidoscope is exactly how I would describe it.
Never had the typical caleidoscopic visuals , more cartoonish morphing self-reflection.. Don't say ir doesn't happen but yeah it is not the thing culture wants you to perceive it. More psychoanalytic thing.. This clip is just plain mixing facts with scare tactics.. Pfff
Doing lsd was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever done. It showed me true beauty and happiness and I will never forget it and continue to do it throughout my life!
LSD has had varied effects on me. I've taken 300ug twice. the first time I had an extremely intense experience whereby I felt like I went to heaven, hell and back. I had intense thoughts from love to disappointment. music sounded breathtakingly beautiful. this trip was alone and long lasting. the visuals were mostly limited to having my face look like it was separating somewhat, the walls were waving, videos on the internet seemed very real and popping out of the screen. I felt as if I existed within the videos and the songs that I was experiencing. with my second trip, I had taken weed and alcohol and later mdma. I just remember trying to play mario kart with my friends and not being able to tell the difference between the sides of the courses and the correct path, as I was hallucinating the sides of the road opening up. at one point, one of my friends began talking about his dissertation and I pictured his concepts very vividly and imaginatively (which interested him a great deal). my thoughts weren't particularly racing this time, and the visuals weren't very long lasting. I think the alcohol and possibly the mdma limited the experience a lot. also, because me and my friends weighed out our mdma (ecstasy) quite poorly, I had a bit of a panic attack regarding a possible overdose, but I knew that I was tripping out and my thoughts would intensify any worry that I would have had. but warning: never weigh out a substance while tripping or drunk. stupid idea which may get you killed some day. lsd is great, but it has its downsides: it lasts a huge amount of time (up to 24 hours with me) and if you want to return to normality of the mind and you have important things to do, this can be very annoying. lsd, like shrooms, can also make you very worried/paranoid, because lsd distorts any thought you have, be it good or bad. my advice to anybody reading this woul be to take similar amounts to what I've taken (300ug) and isolate yourself from the world for about 24 hours. it's incredible. it will show you the universe in its bare form and it will show you the beauty of music especially. lastly, if you're going to trip, don't drink at the same time. like I mentioned, it will stunt the trip. weed, as I've experiened with shrooms, does the opposite.

My first time during the “come up,” I felt time was going by very slow. But I tripped very hard for about a 3rd of the trip to the point I didn’t even remember what happened. It felt like it went by so fast lol.

They are not. I've had flashbacks and they only lasted a couple of seconds. HPPD as I've heard is something that persists for longer periods of time and I definitely don't have that.
The recent MRI scans have shown that lsd allows parts of the brain to talk to each other, that would otherwise never talk to each other. This could explain why it feels so spiritual, as you literally get to explore you're own mind and it's consciousness. Remember that spirituality and consciousness is just playing in your brain. Both of those don't physically exist either. They are all just illusions designed to help us make sense of the world. LSD simply alters that illusion.
Went to Busch Gardens on LSD. Took a tab with my brother as we walked through the front gate. Didn’t really feel anything 2 hours later so we each took another one while in line for sheikra. On our way up that 200 foot drop I completely lost my mind. I could see the entire city from up there. Definitely the most memorable trip I’ve ever had
one of the little known side-effects of LSD, is the way takers of LSD drone on and on about having taken LSD. Unlike any other drug, it will turn you - very profoundly - into the most unmitigated bore. You will witlessly go on about your new perceptions, the issues that need clarifying, the way your traumas were dealt with and what a fundamentally balanced normal person and happy person you've become (because - you know - being balanced and normal is what everyone aspires to, right?) And the LSD-user, with their new self-insight, and their great and profound positivity, will want to share this new way of perceiving being so happy and equitable, and drone on, and on, and on, and on...
I took acid once on a camping trip, I starting seeing people who were talking just out of audible range so I could hear they were talking and couldn't hear what they were saying, They would turn into a red mist and disappear when I looked at them. I remember what each one wore and how they sounded, a few days after the trip, I met the first person who I halloucinated about, she came into my work and sounded exactly the same and wore the same outfit. It happened with the others and since then I've never touched acid due to fear of knowing the future.
I could see my ego, and reality tearing from it. Everything boiled down to my ego - as I formulated and formed an opinion about my environment around me. This opinion is ego driven and I could see this. At a visual standpoint, it felt like my reality composed of lots of little symetrical patterns centering into the middle which felt like my ego. Weird experience, but it showed me a lot about myself.
If you have never tried Acid you can never know what its like. It can be the most amazing experience you will ever have depending on your inherent goodness.
yep, to understand yourself , god and the universe is pretty profound. i experienced it only at my first LSD trip too. but i never forgot the message it had i m not afraid of dying anymore which makes life a lot more relaxt
I took four double dip tabs once and I thought a group of trees in my yard were talking to me cause they were waving a bunch but none of the other trees were
I love tripping my ex girlfriend tripped with me and she started crying because she said she wished the world could feel as happy as her lol I thought it was the cutest thing
Trying to explain what LSD does to a person's consciousness (rather than their physical brain, which is what this video does) is like trying to explain colours to a blind man.
One of my buddhist friends told me LSD opens our minds up to the truths of the universe, and the reason its so frightening is because we're not ready for it
The most unbelievable experience I've ever had. A wonderful trip of cartoons for 8 hours. My friends faces turned plaid. I was in the woods in the bottom of a rock quary. 60 feet up there were natives with Spears and bones through their noses. Looking down at us. They were hiding behind cartoon bushes. Then we climbed the quary and I saw space ships in the night sky. I saw the most intense colors hitting me with my eyes open. Then I closed my eyes and the intense colors got better. I didn't know if it was tomorrow or the end of time. Would love to experience it again but can't find that quality anymore
We all had crazy acid experiences that we can’t explain in words and only emotions One time the the entire world turned sideways for me, hard to explain but I was looking at someone and my entire perception took a turn and looked sideways Incredible drug, first few times was for abuse then I took it for a real learning opportunity
I tripped for the first time about a month and a half ago and I've tripped about 4 or 5 times since then and honestly it's changed my view of life, it's helped me a lot with my depression because I'm more enlightened with my third eye. I'm not saying LSD is gonna solve all your problems, but if you have a positive mindset while you trip, it can definitely help you in lots of different ways.
@@subhamagarwal7443 fuck looking back at this comment I really did get addicted. Around that time, I spent 8 months doing lsd and shrooms consistently, I’m sober and haven’t touched psychedelics in almost 2 years. I do miss the days but it can be addicting if you have no self control 😅
@@waxtopia thank god you realised, and these things are just for recreational purposes, And you are supposed to get such clarity & positivity without chemicals,
I did an enormous amount of LSD in the 1970's and most of my "trips" were positive and the long term effects were positive as well as never having a flashback.
the first time i took. i see light particles coming out from the ground and the night skies were bright as day and with all the start shining 10times brighter than how it used to.
LSD works to make us aware of how tiny and insignificant we truly are. Our experiences here on earth are a one time opportunity. Have a good life everyone. Make sure to spread positivity only.
I find that intensely insane strong trips, that if your mind goes sour, it is a torture you know there is no escape from. Your mind is a torture chamber you cannot escape., an infinite prison You look at the clock, you try and to count the minutes and imagine how much time will need to pass this phase, but you also realise that the concept of time is intangible and completely meaningless. I often wonder when you reach the point of insanity if this is where people end up running and screaming down the street as they can't cope, or why people die from falling off buildings or cliffs.....maybe those times its not an accident but someone who has reached the peak of insanity and can't cope. I am very experienced user and have been there before, experience is what gets me through. It becomes a sick mind game, like a chess game, moving your mind to a place of comfort only to be out maneuvered by a thought back to the insanity and intensity that you think you may have broken something in your brain. But you know that beyond that point of breaking will come a place of incredible beauty, a world of visual excitement and exploration that I cherish and wish i could eternally grasp. What I have described above is what I have experienced from a lot of acid in one go, smaller doses are still exciting and can be a useful tool. But over the top trips I am sure you go within your brain and can explore the darkness, but you must also be careful not to damage yourself......your brain is a sponge and all thoughts and visuals at this point are fluid that your brain will absorb.
I too have been to there. But my experience on the dose amount has been different. I've noticed that when I do smaller doses (around 100 or so micrograms) I have a more difficult time. I find myself able to try to hold on to control more which creates a conflict and the anxiety that I may being losing my mind. When I do larger doses (200-250+ micrograms) I am more easily able to let go of control and go where the trip leads me. Or it's not even that I am more able, I have no other choice. All possibilities of control are lost, and this ultimately leads to a feeling of peace and liberation rather than anxiety or worry over going insane.
Time doesn’t work linearly when you’re on acid. It’s so hard to describe what I mean by this, but it’s the most straight forward way I can put it. You do not perceive things to happen in a linear sequence of events. Time is perceived almost as a “loop”, where the present moment is the starting point of time, and the ending point. The activists you do whilst on lsd can seem really jumbled the next day as your brain is trying to piece together everything that happened in a linear time line again.
Had some great times on acid, raves, nights in Sydney, even simple bbq's my advice, have plenty of magnesium the next day, muscle cramps are going to hit hard, stretch up!
I've done acid several times. Some more intense than others. All were very cherished experiences, even the uncomfortable times. Its kind of like a mental reboot. Each time you do it the curtain of obscurity is pulled back on your perceptions a little more. I could go for a slice right now.
Once I was tripping hella hard and went through my whole life in my head and died and I kept telling my friends I was dead and they were tripping and it freaked them out and I was 100 percent convinced I was dead
interesting. It is important to force oneself to chill in the head while on a trip. It is hard but there is still some part left for rationality. You're obviously not dead
I was also straight against those kind of drugs. I was also a person who got easily tripped out to a bad trip with only smoking one joint, that was few years ago where i had less self confidence and i judged me way to much for doing failures. That was a small bad trip. After all i got over it , and i still smoked weed with a friend sometimes and from there i had good experiences.I also did meditation (had a transcendental experience there) and changed my diet From there one i learned that fear and all this judgements about oneself doesn't really exist, that human by his nature is truly beautiful and not that what they identify with their mind. I just feel that i improved my true self-confident tremendously. Now iam thinking about to take some lsd for spiritual purposes;D
i tripped 100s of times in my teens.... im 38 now and perfectly fine. I'm well spoken, intelligent, have a good understanding of relationships and communication. i don't suffer from anything other than anxiety, which i don't think has anything to do with acid. I'm not saying go take 300 hits of acid, but i am saying you should at least take one
First time I took acid I was at my friends house. I fell asleep for a few hours and then woke up. I had no sense of self at all I didn't know what or who I was and everything looked like gears. Long story short it's worth trying.
Wow, the first Acid Trip happen the day before International cannabis day on 4/20. It sounds like a fun week, drop acid one day and hit a big joint the next.
I have OCD, just very slightly. For some odd reason though when I do LSD the thought of keeping things in order and in line only gets worse. So I become so overwhelmed with this idea and the fact that I need to have things organized, that I create a lot of stress and anxiety for myself, but the situation I'm in and who I am does effect it as well. I don't know but Psychedelics are crazy, and honestly I don't know if we will ever understand the complexity of what they can do. It seems like you're trip can be GREATLY effected by what you're thought process is and what ur intentions are, what you have been thinking, where you are, who u are with, etc.
You can explain LSD, if you keep it sweet and simple. It's a drug, it affects your mood and behavior. Some people look into a deeper meaning to it. Really it's a drug that plays on your brain, which of course pieces the reality we live in . Yes time seems slow, yes you see cool wiggly lines and all that you would expect. Just like anything it depends on how strong minded you are. I've done acid quite a lot, had some amazing times tripping. As well as some bad times. If you can keep your mind strong you will easily snap out of it. I think the hardest part of LSD is to not take the trip too serious and just enjoy it. Just like you wouldn't take your opinion when blind drunk about "that hot girls tits" too serious. As for the sandwich, it's food, we put in our mouths to digest and provide our bodies energy. & just an add, notice how the conversation about "you cant explain an LSD experience" goes off point, because people look for more, when in actuality it is what it is. Want enlightenment, personally I think looking into our dreams and lucid dreaming is a better way for this.
i did a lot of lsd in the 90's and i haven't noticed any kinds of mental health changes. sometimes when I'm sleepy, I'll see mild "trails" especially if i move a lit cigarette in a dim room.
i put this video on while real life tripping on acid and i’ve fallen this deep into my trip that i can’t tell if the little icons on the background are spinning round or not or if i’m just tripping
when i tripped on acid it felt like i was forced to confront my own insecurities about myself and while this was very uncomfortable i pushed through and deemed that insecurities are pointless and thus only exist to myself so i relinquished them and i haven't turned back since.
So happy for you ♥️
this I can relate to. I've never had these wild hallucinations people keep talking about. It doesn't generate stuff for me, it only alters. Like patters that naturally exist in textures are exaggerated and extrapolated from there, heavy use of the liquify tool from photoshop. it kind of removes filters (as in "I can't do X"-feelings) but not actually remove them, it removes you from them, putting you in a position where you can look at them from the outside as you described.

increased awareness, increased oneness with self/universe, new sense of appreciation for life, all around self improvement.
I took lsd for the first time yesterday and it was the most beautiful most clarifying experience in my life.
i took a gel tab a couple weeks ago, which supposedly contained 300ug's but i don't think that was the case.
+Pea G You can't logically combine sensations from their constituent parts. It just doesn't work that way.
***** Precisely what bibbly bobbly said. We are not talking about the objectively quantifiable chemicals released in the brain, we are talking about one's own subjective experience, not to mention the fact that simply saying that knowledge of meat + knowledge of bread = knowledge of sandwich, when there are various interactions going on between each ingredient (i.e. juices from the meat getting soaked up by the bread, making the bread taste different, thereby making knowledge of how each ingredient tastes not an accurate depiction of the whole sandwich).
exactly!
For people who hasn't done LSD, You can't explain it, like this guy is trying too, it's unexplainable
An idea
I watched all sorts of videos before taking it to get an idea of what it'd be like. None of their explanations came even close to what I experienced, but I was very satisfied nonetheless.

Exactly.
You're wrong. LSD, especially when combined with cannabis, effects everyone differently.
Earl Brackett ^^ what he said. Hppd is the closest thing you’ll ever hear of being close to a flashback. Flashbacks are not real. Hppd however is. Hope they’re okay today

They are very different drugs.
Zouloum all LSD is synthetic. As to the origins of lysergic acid, Im not so sure. I sometimes wonder about what stable isotope analysis on drugs (similar to those performed on erythropoietin) would reveal.
+MrStiruam LSD is made from LSA, which can be found in numerous plants and fungi (Ergot of Rye, morning glory, etc)
+MrStiruam semi-synthetic
For the first time start small, and after you've gotten used to it you can have an amazing time, however lsd is quite unpredictable, bring a trip sitter.
happy trips :)

LSD is the most amazing drug I've ever used in my life. If I were God, I would drop a verse or two in the Bible for human to use it and make this world a better place to live. Hehehehehe there would be no war and everybody could live in peace.
I had a public experiment, lots of . Dumbs stay dumber -_-
U r talking about MDMA
Mr green well technically even sedentary life and car speed kill people
@Mr green lsd is not like Street narcotics. It's not taken for a high. It'd taken for spiritual enlightenment and to see another visual dimension
Mr green mostly pharmaceutical ones. These illegal drugs actually heal people and expand minds. Exactly why they keep it illegal and why you are against them
I have bipolar disorder and taking lsd was the best thing I've ever done. Same with shrooms. They've changed my life for the better
Bipolar 2 here. I stopped meds. Psychedelics work ten times better
Jade Williams i am bipolar and this makes me want to try lsd so bad. i can’t get it around here though. ive been going through a depressive episode for the past two weeks and the idea of a break or even feeling better is tempting
Glad to hear that :)
Pαigє order it online through a Netherlands lab 👌🏻 just research it
@@Why-rp1fx Doctor Seusssssss.........
I've had severe eczema on my ears, like itchy scaly flakes, and I was astonished that after tripping they have almost completely cleared up, and I have tried everything recommended to me by doctors and dermatologists. Never would've guessed lsd was the cure
Wow strange
The mind is fucking weird 😮😅

The lsd just changes your brain chemistry

@@koberburwa I wouldn't say bullshit the first time I took lsd i had a gun i just bought an luckily it was not loaded because I racked the bolt put it under my chin and pulled the trigger because I wanted to feel what it would be like to die.
did i just watch an lsd commercial?
Yep
I took it in my latter teen years, up till I was 21. I had flashbacks from acid till I was 28. I never had bad trips from it, but it caused problems for me later in life, like holding jobs down, and bouncing around mentally. It screwed up my communication skills to a degree, until it basically flushed out of my mind and body, then I finally felt “normal” which wasn’t until many years later. I did see some wild and very visual psychedelic visions when I took it.
LSD opens your mind to see the simulation were living.
i just felt really happy, and was laughing my ass off. i saw stuff moving like a church glass mural i was looking at was moving like a river but i didnt have many visuals. my body just felt amazing in an indescribable way
Literally, and when I saw this it freaked me out so much that I started panicking and went into negative thought loops. This happened last night. Today i feel very weird and not myself and full of anxiety about why we are on this earth and what’s our purpose. Left me with so many questions and I don’t feel myself. Hoping I’m going to recover soon.
Update on how you felt the week of and now?
Jack Odendal you have a good connection with god you fear him that’s why you think like that even with weed
We are god. God is within not without
You forgot to mention its use in curing addiction to other drugs
The effects of the drug feed off your own thoughts and imagination, so the direction a particular trip can take depends on how you’re feeling, the stimuli in your environment, and the people you’re with.
i strongly recommend him he's trustworthy he ship to any location man he got all kinds of psychedelic product stuff's

Nothing like that, nature is much better and it isn't as CRAZY as you think.
you must of never did good acid.
ConcludedFever9 that happens man, not all the time. I did a yoga practice during a trip and I think the extra movement and breathe caused it but the world started to spin in on itself. Kaleidoscope is exactly how I would describe it.
It is when you close your eyes....you see all kinds of shit.
Never had the typical caleidoscopic visuals , more cartoonish morphing self-reflection.. Don't say ir doesn't happen but yeah it is not the thing culture wants you to perceive it. More psychoanalytic thing.. This clip is just plain mixing facts with scare tactics.. Pfff
hoho i would say its much more crazy than u think it is haha
Doing lsd was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever done. It showed me true beauty and happiness and I will never forget it and continue to do it throughout my life!
i died
I think the alcohol and possibly the mdma limited the experience a lot. also, because me and my friends weighed out our mdma (ecstasy) quite poorly, I had a bit of a panic attack regarding a possible overdose, but I knew that I was tripping out and my thoughts would intensify any worry that I would have had. but warning: never weigh out a substance while tripping or drunk. stupid idea which may get you killed some day.
lsd is great, but it has its downsides: it lasts a huge amount of time (up to 24 hours with me) and if you want to return to normality of the mind and you have important things to do, this can be very annoying. lsd, like shrooms, can also make you very worried/paranoid, because lsd distorts any thought you have, be it good or bad. my advice to anybody reading this woul be to take similar amounts to what I've taken (300ug) and isolate yourself from the world for about 24 hours. it's incredible. it will show you the universe in its bare form and it will show you the beauty of music especially. lastly, if you're going to trip, don't drink at the same time. like I mentioned, it will stunt the trip. weed, as I've experiened with shrooms, does the opposite.
i took a gel tab a couple weeks ago, which supposedly contained 300ug's but i don't think that was the case.
Does it show you the beauty in music or does it show you the truth..and how these guys feel when they do drugs they’re already on cloud nine bruh I’m real life....now they take this drug they’ve been held back from they’re whole life and you find yourself staring at the mic scared of the next trip your about to have........

My first time during the “come up,” I felt time was going by very slow. But I tripped very hard for about a 3rd of the trip to the point I didn’t even remember what happened. It felt like it went by so fast lol.

Never had LSD flashbacks, I don't thinks that fact is true
They don't exist. They are mistaken with HPPD.
same
They are not. I've had flashbacks and they only lasted a couple of seconds. HPPD as I've heard is something that persists for longer periods of time and I definitely don't have that.
i got mild hallucinations from my past lsd trip when i smoked weed weeks after my actual trip
Fernando Perez - Using that logic, asthma doesn't exist because I've never had an asthma attack.
this dude has never done LSD :D you can't explain it so scientifically. it is very spiritual.
haha ikr
Yep it is.BUT you think its spiritual and all because its playing with your Brain , just like hallucinations. Its all in your mind !
+Suoarski How do you know that isn't just your brain chemicals tricking you into believing we are bound to this earthly existence?
"spiritual" isnt real

It happened with the others and since then I've never touched acid due to fear of knowing the future.
but that's awesome dude

I could see my ego, and reality tearing from it. Everything boiled down to my ego - as I formulated and formed an opinion about my environment around me. This opinion is ego driven and I could see this. At a visual standpoint, it felt like my reality composed of lots of little symetrical patterns centering into the middle which felt like my ego. Weird experience, but it showed me a lot about myself.
@@AshlihSeadancer No. I have the best plug.
If you have never tried Acid you can never know what its like. It can be the most amazing experience you will ever have depending on your inherent goodness.
This video should really just be called "The History of LSD", it doesn't really cover what happens to the brain in great detail.
Makes you humble
Taking LSD for the first time was one of the most profound things I have ever experienced in my life. It's truly an amazing drug in my opinion.
yep, to understand yourself , god and the universe is pretty profound.
i experienced it only at my first LSD trip too.
but i never forgot the message it had
i m not afraid of dying anymore
which makes life a lot more relaxt
might just be that we need to redefine "flashbacks"?
I took four double dip tabs once and I thought a group of trees in my yard were talking to me cause they were waving a bunch but none of the other trees were
I love tripping my ex girlfriend tripped with me and she started crying because she said she wished the world could feel as happy as her lol I thought it was the cutest thing
Trying to explain what LSD does to a person's consciousness (rather than their physical brain, which is what this video does) is like trying to explain colours to a blind man.
explaining color to a color blind man would've been a catchier statement.
One of my buddhist friends told me LSD opens our minds up to the truths of the universe, and the reason its so frightening is because we're not ready for it
Then he is a very wise friend ;)
We all had crazy acid experiences that we can’t explain in words and only emotions
One time the the entire world turned sideways for me, hard to explain but I was looking at someone and my entire perception took a turn and looked sideways
Incredible drug, first few times was for abuse then I took it for a real learning opportunity
Respect
Your addicted man
@@subhamagarwal7443 fuck looking back at this comment I really did get addicted. Around that time, I spent 8 months doing lsd and shrooms consistently, I’m sober and haven’t touched psychedelics in almost 2 years. I do miss the days but it can be addicting if you have no self control 😅
@@waxtopia thank god you realised, and these things are just for recreational purposes,

Dropped for my 3rd time Saturday, what a beautiful experience
Perhaps the best experience of my life thank you lad
I find that intensely insane strong trips, that if your mind goes sour, it is a torture you know there is no escape
from.
It becomes a sick mind
game, like a chess game, moving your mind to a place of comfort only to be out maneuvered by a thought back to the insanity and intensity that you think you may have broken something in your brain. But you know that beyond that point of breaking will come a place of incredible beauty, a world of visual excitement and exploration that I cherish and wish i could eternally grasp. What I have described above is what I have experienced from a lot of acid in one go, smaller doses are still exciting and can be a useful tool. But over the top trips I am sure you go within your brain and can explore the darkness, but you must also be careful not to damage yourself......your brain is a sponge and all thoughts
and visuals at this point are fluid that your brain will absorb.
Andrew Whitburn very nicely put
thats beautiful
"Your brain is incredible!"

Took my first drop 3 days ago. Tripped for about 16 hours. It was AMAZING! Pure happines and well being. Wanted to become one with the Universe.
Your are one with the universe
I've done acid several times. Some more intense than others. All were very cherished experiences, even the uncomfortable times. Its kind of like a mental reboot. Each time you do it the curtain of obscurity is pulled back on your perceptions a little more. I could go for a slice right now.
Once I was tripping hella hard and went through my whole life in my head and died and I kept telling my friends I was dead and they were tripping and it freaked them out and I was 100 percent convinced I was dead
Maybe you are
interesting. It is important to force oneself to chill in the head while on a trip. It is hard but there is still some part left for rationality. You're obviously not dead
I thought I got ran over and died when I got back to my friends house
Now iam thinking about to take some lsd for spiritual purposes;D
and how was it ?
i tripped 100s of times in my teens.... im 38 now and perfectly fine.
Want enlightenment, personally I think looking into our dreams and lucid dreaming is a better way for this.
i did a lot of lsd in the 90's and i haven't noticed any kinds of mental health changes. sometimes when I'm sleepy, I'll see mild "trails" especially if i move a lit cigarette in a dim room.
._______. Literally everyone gets that, LSD or not.
Potato God I've always wondered. Just never asked.
i put this video on while real life tripping on acid and i’ve fallen this deep into my trip that i can’t tell if the little icons on the background are spinning round or not or if i’m just tripping
Ok i'm SOLD! I'm going to go try some LSD. Thank you =]
